Liquid dishwashing detergent from soapnuts - with orange oil - 5 litre

Tierra Verde

TIV-13289

What makes this washing-up gel special?

  • Effective already from 40 °C
Perfect for modern dishwashers and energy-saving programs.

  • Natural and vegan ingredients
Contains no animal substances and is based on plant extracts and minerals.

  • Mild and clean scent
Organic orange oil gives a natural and pleasant citrus scent without synthetic fragrances.

  • Biodegradable and gentle on the environment
The washing-up gel breaks down easily in nature and is certified with Ecogarantie – one of the most demanding environmental certifications in Europe.

  • Without phosphates, enzymes or petrochemicals
Safe for you, your dishes and your drains.

Use

  1. Pour 25 ml (approx. ¾ cap) into the soap drawer.
  2. For extra dirty dishes, you can use a full capful.
  3. Add any 1 tablespoon of citric acid to remove limescale in the machine.
  4. For optimal deodorization, you can add baking soda to the bottom of the machine.

Why is the dishwashing gel not made from 100% natural ingredients?
The gel currently contains a chelating agent that helps soften the water and remove other unwanted compounds. 85% of this substance is of natural origin and it is chemically modified to be as effective as possible.

The result is that in addition to Ca2+ and Mg2+ ions (the main compounds that cause water hardness) it can also remove Cu2+, Fe2+, Fe3+, Mn2+ and Zn2+ ions. These ions impair the appearance, taste, smell and color of the water (iron gives the water a rusty colour, manganese makes it brown or even black). The chelating agent is completely degradable and replaces a less effective EDDS agent.

What is the recommended water temperature?
If you use enzyme-free machine detergents - such as those from TIERRA VERDE - you must set the temperature to at least 40 °C.

The same principle applies to dishwashers and washing machines: We consider the environmental impact of raising the temperature to be significantly more acceptable than the impact by using synthetic and toxic agents. The financial cost of raising the temperature has been studied using a washing machine, where a temperature increase of 10°C increases the cost by 30 cents per load. wash.

Ingredients

  • <15% soap nut extract
  • Chelating agent (GLDA)
  • Sodium citrate
  • Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)
  • Sodium carbonate (washing soda)
  • Glycerol
  • Xanthan gum
  • <5% non-ionic surfactants
  • Organic orange oil (Citrus sinensis)
  • D-limonene (naturally occurring in orange peel)

Resource awareness & health in focus

Tierra Verde consciously chooses ingredients and packaging that try to protect both health and the environment. The bottle is made from recyclable material, and the product does not contain microplastics, synthetic perfume, enzymes or petrochemicals.

Beach Towel #79 - Odds & Ends - Tinted Glasses

Foekje Fleur

Odds & Ends

Colorful home textiles – made from surplus materials from industry

When factories dye yarn for textile production, an extra stock is often made just in case – but much of this yarn ends up unused. Odds & Ends textiles are designed to make full use of these scraps and create endless, unexpected color combinations.

Collections & Colors

Odds & Ends collections are produced in batches. The factory collects surplus materials and uses these colors to create a new design, which is then put into production. The precise design is just the starting point – during production, some of the residual materials are used up and replaced with similar colors.

Therefore, the images you see are an indicative representation of how the textiles look, but there will be slight variations within each batch.

Colours may vary

As these textiles are produced in small batches from surplus materials, colors may vary. However, the general color palette is always preserved, so that textiles within the same color scale can be easily combined. The product you receive may be identical to or have slight variations compared to the images on this page. The duo set consists of one textile in primarily cold tones and one in primarily warm tones.

Washing and care instructions

All Odds & Ends textiles can be washed at 30°C in the washing machine's cotton program together with similar colours. To preserve the intensity of the colors, an organic detergent is recommended for colored washing.

To extend the life of the textiles, air drying is recommended, but terrycloth products such as soft towels – especially those with a velor surface – may benefit from an occasional tumble dryer on medium heat to soften the fibers without the use of chemical fabric softeners.

If you live in an area with chalky water, you can soften both your textiles and washing machine by adding citric acid or vinegar to the rinse cycle from time to time.

Loose Threads

This product is woven with terry loops to ensure a soft and absorbent quality. Newly woven terry loops can be more prone to loose threads, so be careful with jewelry when first worn.

If a thread should come loose, never pull it! Carefully cut it off with sharp scissors – this will prevent further loose threads and will not affect the woven structure of the textiles. After the first few washes, the fibers will become more resistant to snags.

Laundry Detergent with Probiotics - Sport & Active - 500 ml

Byoms

BYO-01214

Advanced care for sports textiles with probiotic technology
Sportswear is often manufactured from synthetic fibres that tend to absorb and retain oils and bacteria from the skin, resulting in a persistent sweat odour, even after washing.

byoms SPORT & ACTIVE uses a combination of plant-based surfactants and probiotic microorganisms. The probiotics continue their action during the washing process by creating a microflora that outcompetes the bacteria causing bad odours.

Simultaneously, zinc ricinoleate functions as an effective odour absorber that binds the odour-forming substances so they are rinsed out with the water.

Correct dosing and usage

Since byoms SPORT & ACTIVE is a super concentrated product, precise dosing is crucial to achieve the optimal washing result and to avoid leaving soap residues in the textiles. Overdosing does not improve wash quality but can, on the contrary, impair it.

Instructions for machine wash and hand wash

  • Normal wash: Add 20 ml of detergent
  • Heavily soiled clothes: Add 25 ml

The product is active at temperatures from 30 degrees. Washing at 60 degrees is recommended exclusively in cases of infections or if the textile's care label specifically requires it for hygienic reasons.

Declaration and ingredients
The product is based on a composition of cleaning agents and active microorganisms.

List of ingredients

  • 15-30% plant-based anionic surfactants
  • <5% soaps
  • Glycerol
  • Zinc ricinoleate (odour neutralizer)

Colorful home textiles – made from industrial surplus materials

When factories dye yarn for textile production, they often create an extra stash just in case – but much of this yarn ends up unused. Odds & Ends textiles are designed to fully utilize these remainders, creating endless, unexpected color combinations.

Collections & Colors
Odds & Ends collections are produced in batches. The factory gathers surplus materials and uses these colors to create a new design, which is then put into production. The precise design is just a starting point – during production, some of the remaining materials are used up and replaced with similar colors.

Therefore, the images you see are a guiding representation of what the textiles look like, but there will be slight variations within each batch.

Colors may vary
Since these textiles are produced in small batches from surplus materials, colors may vary. However, the general color palette is always maintained, so textiles within the same color scale can easily be combined. The product you receive may be identical to or have slight variations compared to the images on this page. The duo set consists of one textile in primarily cool tones and one in primarily warm tones.

Washing and care instructions
All Odds & Ends textiles can be washed at 30°C on the washing machine's cotton program with similar colors. To preserve the intensity of the colors, an organic detergent for colored laundry is recommended.

To prolong the life of the textiles, line drying is recommended, but terry products such as soft towels – especially those with a velour finish – can benefit from occasional tumble drying at medium heat to soften the fibers without the use of chemical fabric softeners.

If you live in an area with hard water, you can soften both your textiles and your washing machine by adding citric acid or vinegar to the rinse cycle from time to time.

Loose threads
This product is woven with terry loops to ensure a soft and absorbent quality. Newly woven terry loops can be more prone to loose threads, so please be careful with jewelry during the first few uses.

If a thread should come loose, never pull it! Carefully cut it off with sharp scissors – this will prevent further loose threads and does not affect the woven structure of the textiles. After the first few washes, the fibers will become more resistant to snags.

Junior wool duvet in organic merino wool - 100x140

Cocoon Company

Maintenance of your woolen duvet from Cocoon Company

A woolen duvet should not be washed. The lanolin in the wool is because the lanolin in the wool is important for the duvet's temperature-regulating function - and the lanolin is quietly washed out by the duvet when it is washed.

On the other hand, it is a super good idea to air the duvet regularly. It is good for the humidity in the duvet and for the lightness. If you can air it out in freezing weather, it is the absolute best thing you can do.

If an accident has occurred, however, we recommend that you spot wash the duvet.

Alternatively, you can of course also send it to be cleaned if a more thorough cleaning of the duvet is necessary.

The wool duvet must never be tumbled dry, but must instead be left to dry.

Cocoon Company

MAT-060120

Kapok mattress from Cocoon Company

Organic kapok is a luxury product of the very best. A 100% chemical-free and natural product for your baby.

Kapok is a natural fiber that grows in the tropical rainforests.

Kapok has some very special properties - it insulates, regulates temperature and transports moisture away from the body. Fantastic properties in a sleeping environment.

Kapok can be used by allergy sufferers, as the fiber contains an antibacterial substance that house dust mites cannot live in.

A kapok mattress is firm as recommended by experts for babies and children.

Kapok mattresses do not contain mold shelf, flame retardants or fluorine substances, which unfortunately most other conventional mattresses do. And since the mattress cannot be washed before use, a natural and organic alternative is really worth a lot.

This kapok mattress for baby bed measures 60x120x6 cm. The kapok mattress is hand-filled with untreated organic kapok, covered with a spring of 100% organically certified cotton.
As it is hand-filled, there may be some variation in the measurements.

Maintenance of your kapok mattress

It is a good idea to give your kapok mattress a little air from time to time.

You do this by placing it on its side once in a while between.

If you have a bed with a slatted base without air flow, you must pay particular attention to airing your mattress.

Because the slatted base will not be able to transport moisture and heat away from the mattress and in the worst case this can result in fungal spores at the bottom of your mattress.

The mattress is hand-upholstered with loose natural fibres, and therefore the mattress must be maintained once in a while as needed, where the mattress is put on high edge and massages/presses the fiber from the edge towards the middle, where the mattress is most stressed during use. Otherwise, the mattress can form a hole where the kapok fiber is pressed the most.

PAD-060120

Kapok roll mattress for your baby bed.

Kapok is something very special. Kapok insulates, regulates temperature and transports moisture away from the body, which is super ideal for small children who often have difficulty regulating their body temperature. Kapok is also recommended for allergy sufferers, as house dust mites cannot live in the fibre, due to a natural content of an antibacterial bitter substance.

The roll-top mattress can also be used on top of a kapok mattress if you think the kapok mattress is a little too hard.

This roll-top mattress for a baby bed measures 60x120 cm. The roll mattress is hand-filled with untreated organic kapok, covered with a spring of 100% organically certified cotton.

Maintenance of your kapok roll mattress

Kapok is a natural fiber with quite unique properties.

And they are definitely worth taking good care of.

Basically, you should only wash your kapok mattress if it is strictly necessary.

If the stains are smaller, we recommend spot washing.

If it is necessary to wash your kapok mattress, do it like this:

How to wash your kapok mattress
  • Wash preferably at 40 degrees to protect the fibre. However, 60 degrees is possible if necessary.
  • Choose a short washing program, as the kapok cannot stand being wet for too long
  • Choose centrifugation at 1200 revolutions to get as much water as possible out of the kapok
  • Use a gentle detergent without enzymes or bleach. For example, Cocoon's soap berry or a fine detergent with or without probiotics
  • Do not use fabric softener
  • Dry the kapok roller mattress immediately after wash

How to dry your kapok mattress pad
  • The kapok mattress pad is dried in the dryer alone
  • Give yourself plenty of time. We recommend using dryer balls in wool to reduce drying time. They also ensure that the fibers are gently separated
  • Do not use tennis balls as they break the fiber
  • Choose a 30 minute program with medium heat. Look at the kapok mattress topper and repeat until it is slightly damp.
  • Let the kapok mattress to dry in a warm place until the rest of the moisture is gone.
  • Be careful not to dry too long in the dryer, as this can reduce the life of the fiber.

The wet bed sheet for Chicco Next2Me - 50 x 83 cm

Cocoon Company

BWP-050083

Breathable wet bed sheet from Cocoon Company

Wet bed sheet or pee pad in organic cotton and with breathable bioplastic membrane from Cocoon Company.

This wet bed sheet is quite unique.

It is both breathable and naturally degradable.

"Ordinary" wet bed sheets have a plastic membrane. This means that the body cannot breathe on top of it.

But this wet lying sheet is breathable and completely tight.

The membrane is made of TPU. It cannot be compared with PU plastic. It is breathable, reusable and naturally degradable.

This wet bed sheet fits a Next2Me or a Babybay bed measuring 50 x 83/89 cm.

The wet bed sheet measures 49 x 83 cm.

How do you use the Cocoons wet bed sheet?

The wet bed sheet is placed on top of the mattress, but under your regular sheet.

This provides the best sleeping comfort.

For small mattresses, the wet bed sheet is simply placed loosely on top of the mattress. For larger mattresses, fasten the wet bed sheet around the mattress with the sewn-on elastics.

Wash your wet bed sheet

Only wash the wet bed sheet when necessary. In this way, you protect the environment and the sheet as much as possible.

We recommend that you wash the wet bed sheet at 40 degrees or a maximum of 60 degrees.

Please choose a washing program for heavy laundry, as the wet bed sheet can become heavy when washed, which some washing machines and/or washing programs find difficult to spin.

If the wet bed sheet is still very wet after washing, you can consider spinning it an extra time time.

The wet layer should not be dried in a tumble dryer. It should instead be hung to dry.

Note that the sheet can shrink 8-10%

These are really good properties in a sleeping environment. Especially for a small baby who may have difficulty regulating body temperature.

Kapok is recommended for allergy sufferers, as the fiber contains a natural antibacterial bitter substance that house dust mites cannot live in.

The Kapok mattress is hand-sewn and stuffed by hand, so please note that there may be slight differences in shape and dimensions.

Maintenance of your kapok mattress

It is a good idea to give your kapok mattress a little air from time to time.

You do this by placing it on its side once in a while.

If you have a bed with a slab base without air flow, you must pay particular attention to airing your mattress.

Because the slab base will not be able to transport moisture and heat away from the mattress and in the worst case this can result in fungal spores at the bottom of your mattress.

The mattress is hand-stuffed with loose natural fiber, and therefore the mattress must be maintained once in a while as needed, where you put the mattress on its edge and massage/press the fiber from the edge towards the middle, where the mattress is most stressed during use. Otherwise, the mattress may form a hole where the kapok fiber is pressed the most.

Kapok roll mattress for pram - 34x78 cm

Cocoon Company

PAD-034078

A roll-top mattress in organic kapok is soft and nice to put on top of a relatively hard kapok mattress.

If you already have a pram mattress, you can also take advantage of kapok's unique properties by placing a roll-top mattress in organic kapok on top.

This roll-top mattress for prams measures 34x78cm. The roller mattresses are hand-filled with untreated organic kapok, covered with a spring of 100% organically certified cotton.

Organic kapok insulates, regulates temperature and transports moisture away from the body, which is super ideal for small children who often have difficulty regulating their body temperature.

Kapok is also recommended for allergy sufferers, as house dust mites cannot live in the fiber.

The kapok roller mattress is sewn in by hand, so be aware that the shape and dimensions may vary slightly.

Maintenance of your kapok mattress

Kapok is a natural fiber with quite unique properties.

And they are definitely worth taking good care of.

As a general rule, you should only wash your kapok mattress if it is strictly necessary.

If the stains are minor, we recommend spot washing.

If it is necessary to wash your kapok mattress, do it like this:

How to wash your kapok mattress

  • Wash preferably at 40 degrees to protect the fibre. 60 degrees is, however, possible if necessary.

  • The kapok mattress pad is dried only in the dryer
  • Give yourself plenty of time. We recommend using dryer balls in wool to reduce drying time. They also ensure that the fibers are gently separated
  • Do not use tennis balls as they break the fiber
  • Choose a 30 minute program with medium heat. Look at the kapok roll mattress and repeat until it is slightly damp.
  • Let the kapok roll mattress dry in a warm place until the rest of the moisture is gone.
  • Be careful not to dry too long in the dryer, as this can reduce the life of the fiber.

Maintenance of your kapok pillow

Kapok is a natural fiber with quite unique properties.
And they are definitely worth taking good care of.

However, it can clump together a bit and if this happens we have good experience of giving the pillow a trip in the dryer on medium heat for approx. half an hour together with dryer balls (preferably wool) as this will loosen the fibers again.

As a general rule, you should only wash your kapok pillow if it is strictly necessary.
The kapok fibers can be damaged by washing and clump together, so we therefore advise against washing, unless the pillow cannot be used without it.
For normal use, it is sufficient to simply air the pillow.

If the stains are smaller, we recommend spot wash.

But if it is necessary to wash your kapok pillow, you do it like this:

Bread bag in organic cotton size L - Økofamily

Bo Weevil

BOW-10214

Bread bag in organic GOTS certified cotton in size L.

The bread bag measures 38x30 cm and closes with a drawstring.

This bread bag has the Økofamily logo on it.

Use the bag as an alternative to the classic freezer bag and save the environment from a whole lot of plastic every year.

The bag can be used for bread. It's actually really good at that. But it can also be used for laundry, shoes, clamps, toys and much more.

If you are extra concerned with minimizing the use of plastic and unnecessary packaging, you can also use the bags for shopping trips: fruit, vegetables etc.

To get the optimal storage of bread, put the bread in a bread bag and then a bread box or another closed container. Then you retain a little extra moisture than if the bread bag stood alone.

The bag can be washed at 30 degrees and used again and again.
