Rooster - Wooden figure in beech wood

Room for imagination
Toys do not need to be painted down to the smallest detail. This sweet wooden rooster is a heartwarming addition to any collection of wooden figures. The figure is beautifully crafted with a finely carved tail and a painted area that highlights the rooster's red comb and beak.
The body appears in natural wood, where the beautiful grain stands out nicely and gives every single figure its very own unique character. A small discreet, painted eye gives the little rooster plenty of personality and life.
The wooden figure is robustly built and created with soft, rounded edges. This makes it extremely comfortable and safe to hold for small hands that love to invent stories and play farm. When the rooster needs a rest from playing, it stands stably and looks incredibly beautiful as a decoration on a windowsill, shelf or bookcase.
The conscious choice of a simple expression leans on the aesthetics known from the Waldorf tradition, where the child is allowed to use their own imagination. Is the rooster happy and crowing loudly, or is it busy looking after the flock of hens? That is entirely up to the game in the moment.
Handmade and completely unique
The figure is carved in solid beech wood in a small family-owned workshop in Poland. Even though the rooster is partially painted, the natural wood grain still stands out on the figure.
Since each animal is made and painted by hand, there will always be small differences from rooster to rooster. The 1.7 cm thick figure stands stably on its own and can easily be included in a farm environment or on a nature table.
