Watercolours for children and creative souls

This set contains 12 different watercolours that children of many ages will love.

These completely natural colours come in a fine and durable metal box with a lid and space for brushes in the middle.

The watercolours can be refilled when they run out. Refill colours are sold individually here in the shop.

The colours are made from high concentrations extracted from plants, fruits, and vegetables, and they look stunning on paper.

However, be careful not to place the finished artworks directly in the sun. It will bleach them.

The colours are recommended for ages 3 and up, but even very young children can enjoy playing with the colours. Of course, under supervision since the watercolour box contains small parts. And even though the watercolours are made from plant extracts, they are NOT edible.

Tips and good advice on ÖkoNORM watercolours

• You don't need to use much water for the colours, so just dip the brush gently in water before use.
• It's a good idea to have several glasses of clean water available when children are painting. The colours last longer and remain vibrant when not mixed with dirty water - and children see the colours on the paper as intended from the start.
• It's also a good idea to have small containers ready for the children to mix colours in. There's both magic and great learning experiences involved.
• The watercolours can be washed out of clothing, but they should be washed immediately. It's similar to when you get plant-based stains on your clothes, such as when cooking.
• The colour washes off hands easily with water and soap. Help along a bit in the sink with this soap lamb from Bada ;-)

Pens for children from ÖkoNORM - without chemicals

Here you get 12 different, really good markers for children in bright, bright colors.

The children's pens have a thin tip of 2 mm. so that the coloring can be more accurate.

Children can press so hard on markers that the tip gets stuck all the way into the case. But this does NOT happen with markers for children from ÖkoNORM.

They are simply made with a tip that withstands rough handling and cannot be pressed in, so the markers last a long time.

Should the child have forgotten to put the stopper on after use, dip or drip the markers with a little lemon.

The markers are made in Europe.

The pencil case is made of conscious polypropylene.

When children draw, not only their creativity is strengthened, but also their eye-hand coordination, imagination, color recognition, understanding of shapes, patience and concentration.

First put the pearls on a pearl plate, and place baking paper over pearl motifs. Then iron carefully with an iron with light pressure so that the pearls fuse together. Allow to cool before removing the baking paper. After it has cooled, you can remove the motif from the bead plate. First wash: To bring out the wool’s natural bloom, we recommend soaking your finished piece for at least 10 minutes in water at a maximum of 30°C. Then dry as described below.

Subsequent washes: We recommend hand washing, which is also gentle on the unique dyeing. Use only a small amount of enzyme-free wool detergent

Drying
Dry flat, e.g. on a towel, and shape your knitted/crocheted piece to the correct measurements.

Wool can stretch quite a bit during washing, but it will contract and regain the desired loft when dried flat and blocked to measurements.

Please note that colour variations may occur from screen to screen; we therefore cannot guarantee that the colour is identical to what you see on your display.
