What does your bath salt contain?

The base in the bath salt is Epsom Salt. Which contains large amounts of magnesium. Magnesium is absorbed through the skin when bathing. It has a muscle-relaxing, cleansing effect and contributes to energy production. The more salt you put in the water, the greater the effect you get.

And the bath salt also contains clay. Clay gently exfoliates the skin and absorbs impurities.

Loofah sponge from Mellow Mind

It is a sponge that nature itself has produced. It originates from an unbleached and dried squash-like fruit called Loofah (or in Danish, Luffa). The fruit can be eaten, but can also be dried and become this brilliant multi-functional natural sponge for either the kitchen or the bath.

The loofah sponge is a really nice scrubber.

It can be used in the bath to exfoliate the skin and remove dead skin cells.

But it can also be used in the kitchen (cut it in half if necessary) and be used for your dishes.

Finally, it is actually also very good as a soap holder (if you also cut it into smaller pieces right here)

Volcanic pumice stone from Mellow Mind

A pumice stone is actually a piece of pure lava. Which is absolutely brilliant to exfoliate with.

And especially as a foot file it works really well.

A pumice stone is recommended by many foot care professionals because it is one of the only things that effectively removes hair skin - without making the problem worse. Many foot files are made of steel and they get so hot that the body actually forms even more hard skin to protect the foot from the heat.

But a pumice stone does not get hot and is therefore really good for the purpose

Use it in the bath, where you can also easily rinse it again after use.

What does your bath salt contain?
