Cleaning sponge from Sonett.

The soft side of the sponge is made of natural cellulose from wood fibers and the rough side is made of sisal fibers and recycled PET.

You can use the cleaning sponge with a clear conscience. It has a high durability and can be used again and again, as it can also be washed at 60° C.

The dishcloth measures 17 x 20 cm.

When the dishcloth is dry, it feels hard and when it gets wet it is soft and comfortable.

What is the microplastic-free dishcloth made of?

The cloths are made of natural cellulose, which is based on wood fibers and cotton waste. They are biodegradable and compostable.

The cellulose comes from FSC-approved trees and the cotton residues are from the textile industry, where they would otherwise have become textile waste.

The ink used for the print is water-based and conscious.

Maintenance of your wooden dishwashingbrush

The dishwashing brush can last a very long time if you make sure to dry it properly when it is not in use.

Put the dishwashing brush in a dry place to dry when it is not in use.

If necessary, give brush with a little cooking oil every now and then. It refreshes the wood and makes it more resistant to water.

Please note that the bags are breathable. This means that wet food waste can evaporate and thereby reduce rotting and bad odours. We therefore recommend that you use a ventilated kitchen bin for the waste bags, so that together with the bags, it can ensure that the food waste evaporates. It is therefore important to empty the bag often, so that it does not remain with wet waste for too long.

The bags do not begin to compost simply with normal storage, but will lose their elasticity over time.

Chemical-free protection against moths in the wardrobe

These balls of red cedar wood (Juniperus virginiana) are a completely natural protection against the small moths that can find their way around your wardrobe.

Cedarwood is oily and emits a scent that we humans like quite a bit, but which moths, on the other hand, cannot tolerate, so a little cedar in the wardrobe will protect your clothes from the little criminals. These balls can, among other things, lie in drawers and smell nice.

How to use your Pandoo bamboo air purifiers

• Place one or more pads in the rooms where you want to clean the air.
• When the pads have absorbed a lot of moisture, simply put them down them in a warm place, to dry out the charcoal.
• In the summer you can lay them out and dry, directly in the sun, and then they will work again.
• It is actually a really good idea to make it a habit to reactivate the cushions by putting them out in the sunlight for a few hours every four weeks.
• The sun's UV rays will clean the pores in the activated charcoal and the air freshener is fully activated again and ready for use use.

The pads have a lifespan of at least 2 years and after that they are biodegradable but remember to cut off the top with the metal ring before throwing the pads into the compost. You can see the production date on the back of the box. It can, for example, be PO2010 which corresponds to 'October 2020', i.e. year first and month last. From the time of production, the shelf life is 4 years, which means that the product in the example can actually last until October 2024.

What is bamboo charcoal?

Bamboo charcoal is a 100% natural material. It consists in its simplicity of burnt bamboo. The specially made charcoal is not the same as ordinary charcoal.

When activated bamboo charcoal is made, the bamboo is burned under very high temperatures. The oxygen is removed and the carbon is activated with the help of steam gases.

Please note that the bags are breathable. This means that wet food waste can evaporate and thereby reduce rotting and bad odours. We therefore recommend that you use a ventilated kitchen bin for the waste bags, so that together with the bags, it can ensure that the food waste evaporates. It is therefore important to empty the bag often, so that it does not remain with wet waste for too long.

The bags do not begin to compost simply with normal storage, but will lose their elasticity over time.

American red cedar has a natural and strong scent that is pleasant to humans, but which moths do not like.

That is why it is absolutely fantastic for keeping moths away from your precious woolen clothes or woolen yarn.

This cedar oil is intended to refresh your pieces of cedar wood.

What can you use white vinegar for?
Vinegar is a real multi-talent in the home, and here are some of its many uses:

• Removing limescale
  Perfect for the bathroom and kitchen – dissolves limescale from sinks, showers, tiles and fixtures.

• Polishing and shine
  Gives stainless steel and chrome a nice shine. Spray on, rinse with water and polish afterwards with a soft cloth.

• Windows and floors
  Add a little vinegar to the washing water and experience sparkling clean windows and floors.

• Relax and clean
  In combination with baking soda, it is ideal for cleaning cutting boards, snack boxes and dirty sinks. Spray vinegar first, let it work, sprinkle baking soda on and then dry with a sponge or loofah.

• Odor remover in drains and bins
  Combine with Puer bleach powder: pour 1-2 tablespoons of Puer into the drain, followed by 1 cup of hot vinegar. The foam effect loosens grease and dirt – leave on for 15 min. and rinse with warm water.

How to use white vinegar for cleaning

1. Spray directly on the surface with a spray bottle.

2. Spread with a sponge, loofah or toothbrush in hard-to-reach places.

3. Let the vinegar work for a few minutes and rinse with water.

4. For stubborn dirt: Repeat the treatment or place a cloth with vinegar over the area.

NOTE: Do not use vinegar on natural stone, marble, granite or untreated wood. Always test first on a less visible area.

Application and tips
Using the bathroom cleaner for daily care is quick and easy:
 

1. Spray the product directly onto the desired surfaces.
2. To reduce consumption and increase efficiency, you can spread the liquid with a sponge or cloth.
3. Leave it to act for approx. 1 minute (for heavy limescale, leave for up to 5 minutes).
4. Rinse with water or wipe with a damp cloth.

Important: Do not use the product on natural stone, granite, marble, or wood, as the acid may damage these materials. We always recommend testing on an inconspicuous area first.

Chemical-free protection against moths in the wardrobe

Now you can protect your clothes against moths without having to worry about the chemicals that traditional mothballs contain.

These hangers with pieces of red cedar wood (Juniperus virginiana) are a completely natural protection against the small moths that may find themselves gnawing away in your wardrobe.

Cedar wood is oily and emits a scent that we humans like it quite well, but moths can't stand it, so a few pieces of cedar in the wardrobe will protect your clothes from the little criminals. These are on hangers, which makes it easy to hang on the hanger rod, but make sure they are not covered by clothes.

If you put them in a drawer, put a piece of paper between the clothes and the wood, to protect the clothes from the oil from the wood. When the smell starts to fade, simply sand the pieces of wood lightly with a piece of sandpaper and they are ready again.

Usage

Washing machines and dishwashers:

• Put 200 g of powder in the drum of an empty washing machine or the bottom of an empty dishwasher.

• Start the appliance at 50-60 °C.

• When the water is heated, turn off the appliance for 30 minutes to let the citric acid work.

• Switch on again and complete the program including rinsing.
  

Coffee machines:

• Dissolve 1 tablespoon of powder in warm water.

• Let the solution run through the machine's brewing cycle.

• Then rinse the machine thoroughly with clean water.
  

Electric kettles:

• Fill the kettle with water and add 1 tablespoon of powder.

• Boil the water, turn off and leave for 30 minutes.

• Empty the kettle and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
