The company was founded in 2006 by two twin sisters; designers and product developers, Sara and Karin Ström. Clean, honest products as well as naturalness and simplicity are the core of their business and they have a sharp focus on both consideration for the environment and local production as well as general environmental awareness. Terrible Twins is found in Sweden's natural landscape in the entrepreneurial town of Insjön by Darlana.
