PUER - stain remover and bleach

Do you know Puer?

A really effective and versatile product.

Puer is an oxygen-based bleach and stain remover - which also degreases and disinfects.

This bag contains 1 kg.

What can you use puer for?

Puer can be used for so many different things in the household.

For example, use it as:

• Bleach when you wash white - add 1-2 tbsp. together with your detergent
• Soaking very dirty clothes (white and colourfast) - 1-2 tbsp. for 10 liters of water
• Cleaning the toilet - pour puer into the toilet together with boiling water and leave to work overnight. Then scrub clean with the toilet brush
• Cleaning drains - pour 1-2 tbsp. Puer down the drain (preferably with vinegar). It dissolves greasy deposits. Leave on for at least 15 minutes

Puer or sodium percarbonate is oxygen-enriched washing soda (sodium carbonate). When activated with hot water, oxygen is released and hydrogen peroxide is formed, which has a bleaching effect. The hydrogen atmosphere also has a disinfecting effect.

Puer breaks down into water and oxygen with a lot of fizz and foam, so it is completely biodegradable.

For Puer to work properly, it must be used with water with a temperature of at least 40 degrees. The powder does not dissolve or activate in cold water.

How to use gall soap
Wet the area with the stain, apply the soap and rub it in. The rubbing should be adapted to the material - a silk blouse is less tolerant than jeans. Leave on for approx. 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly or wash the entire garment. If the stain is not completely gone, repeat the process.

NOTE: Protein-containing stains (blood, dairy products) must be pre-treated in cold water before washing. Proteins coagulate in hot water and cannot then be removed.

There is a white coating on the soap - is it spoiled?
A possible white coating on the surface of the soap is harmless - it is sodium chloride (salt).

The soap looks different than usual - is it okay?
The color and scent can be affected by the raw materials used and the maturation time. However, these differences have no effect on the functionality of the product.

What are soap nuts?

The soap nuts come from Inden, where they grow on big beautiful trees at the foot of The Himmalaya Mountains.

Washnuts are like berries with the nuts separated. So soapnuts are actually a misleading term, because only the berry is used for soap.

The soapnuts can be used for washing clothes, dishes, as shampoo, for shaving and for cleaning.

The soapnuts contain an organic substance called saponin. Saponin has an ability to dissolve and remove dirt.

The saponin is released when it comes into contact with water above 30 degrees and works like soap.

You therefore do not have to worry about whether the washing nuts release soap when the clothes are rinsed. Because the rinse water is cold and the soap nuts will therefore not release saponin into the cold water.

How are soap nuts used?

The soap bars are placed in the included laundry bag and put into the drum of the washing machine.

The number of soap bars that you should use depends a little on how dirty the laundry is and how much you wash at a time.

Here you should try your hand a bit.

However, it is generally recommended to use 4-5 soap berries per load. wash.

If you live in an area with hard water, add calcifier if you live in an area with hard water.

Add bleach for white laundry.

The soap carriers work at washing temperatures between 30 and 90 degrees. However, you can use a liquid detergent, extracted from soap berries, for very short washes.

Alternatively, you can soak the soap bars in warm water for a while before use.

The soap bars are very gentle and also work very well for wool and silk.

How long can the soap nuts be used?

High temperatures will release more saponin from the soap bars than low temperatures.

When the soap bars become light and soft, they are exhausted.

Please put the used soap bars in the compost after use.

How to use essential oil for your laundry

• If the clothes are to be tumble-dried, you can add a few drops to your wool balls. Let them absorb the oil for 10-15 min, for the best result, before putting them in the dryer.

What you need to know

Although these fragrance oils are the mildest available, they are still 100% pure and undiluted essential oils, which in some cases are allergenic.

Therefore, the oil must not be applied directly to the skin, in which case there is a risk of showing symptoms of hypersensitivity.

Why should you use wool dryer balls?

They can do this because the wool absorbs the moisture from the clothes and ensures that the laundry is separated in the machine.

The dryer balls thus save both the environment and your personal finances by reducing your energy consumption for drying.

The wool balls do the laundry soft and delicious and makes fabric softener completely unnecessary.

The dryer balls are produced in Nepal.

Here they are part of a social economic project where local farmers supply wool and labor for a fair wage and good working conditions.

The wool is not certified organic, as it comes from free-ranging animals.

How are dryer balls used in wool?

The dryer balls absorb moisture and distribute the clothes well in the dryer. This means that the clothes dry faster and that the machine therefore stops earlier (provided that you use a program that stops when the clothes are dry)

Be aware that the wool balls work best in a tumble dryer that is not completely full. The drying balls should have room to move in order to function optimally.

This package contains 4 wool balls. 2 of the balls are white - and are for light laundry and 2 balls are dark - you can use them for your dark clothes.

You can also just put all the balls in the dryer together:-)

The dryer balls will be damp (inside) after use, so please give them the opportunity to dry up before you pack them away.

The dryer balls can handle between 1000 and 1500 times in the tumble dryer, so they will last for many years :-)

Conventional fabric softener contains cationic surfactants. The substances bind to the fibers and come into contact with the skin. They are not biodegradable.

Bleach and stain remover from Sonett

Stain removal and bleaching with pure oxygen. It both works and is gentle on both the clothes and the environment.

This bleaching agent and stain remover works at temperatures above 50 degrees.

And it works by sodium carbonate being broken down into oxygen during the washing process. The oxygen has a bleaching effect.

How to use the stain remover

For the color fastness of the textile: test on a small area before use.

For local treatment of stains: Apply undiluted liquid Sonett stain remover to the stain and leave for 10-15 minutes. Then thoroughly wash the stain remover out of the clothes again or put the clothes directly into the washing machine.

Can also be used as a washing booster for machine washing: For washing at 30–60 °C add 20–30 ml to a laundry volume of 4.5 kg.

The soap carriers work at washing temperatures between 30 and 90 degrees. However, you can use a liquid detergent, extracted from soap berries, for very short washes.

Alternatively, you can soak the soap bars in warm water for a while before use.

The soap bars are very gentle and also work very well for wool and silk.

How long can the soap nuts be used?

High temperatures will release more saponin from the soap bars than low temperatures.

When the soap bars become light and soft, they are exhausted.

Please put the used soap bars in the compost after use.

How to use the solid stain remover soap

Moisten the stain remover bile soap and rub it on the dry fabric on top of the stain. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes. Then wash the stain remover soap thoroughly from the clothes or put the clothes directly into the washing machine. If necessary, repeat the procedure.

Before spot-treating colored textiles, it is a good idea to test their color fastness on a less visible place on the textile.

Do you have hard water?
When washing in hard water, fabric softener is particularly important, as minerals in the water bind to the detergents and form deposits in the fabric. Tierra Verde fabric softener counteracts this effect and ensures that the clothes remain soft and colourful.

Can the fabric softener change its appearance?
Yes, at low temperatures small white lumps can appear in the fabric softener – a bit like little clouds. This is because plant-based surfactants react to cold, but the product still works completely as it should. Place the bottle at room temperature and the lumps will disappear.

Bag for many purposes

The dimensions correspond to approx. to the size of an IKEA bag. So here you have the ultra-durable, beautiful, organic and sustainable version of it. For everything from laundry, the trip to the beach to the weekend trip to the children's duvet and pillow when they have to spend the night with friends.

The short handles measure 30 cm. and the long handles measure 65 cm.

It can be washed at 30 degrees, but will shrink a bit on the first wash. Must be spun gently.

The bag is produced in India at a GOTS certified factory which is visited regularly to check up on. blue. the conditions and the quality.

Instructions for use
Spray the liquid directly on the clothes and let the probiotic bacteria work. The bad smell gradually disappears, and the full effect is achieved after approx. 24 hours. For stronger odor nuisances, the treatment can be repeated daily for 3-5 days or combined with Byoms' WOOL & SILK detergent.

The refresher is the ideal solution for you who want to care for and preserve your favorite clothes in perfect condition – without unnecessary washing.

How to use the stain remover
Spread the foam on the stain, let it work and scrub gently with a damp brush. Let the stain remover work for at least 5 minutes before washing. For particularly stubborn stains, the treatment can be extended by storing the textile in a closed plastic bag for up to 12 hours.

Usage

• Machine wash (4.5 kg laundry): 30 ml detergent
• Hand wash: 15 ml in wash basin
• In hard water: Increase dosage up to 60 ml
• Lightly soiled laundry: From 30 ºC
• Sweat and grease stains: Minimum 40 ºC
• White clothes: Add 1-2 tbsp. of Percarbonate bleach and wash at minimum 55 ºC
• Very dirty coloured clothes: Pre-treat or soak overnight in warm water with 1-2 tbsp. detergent gel

Tips for optimal washing

• Use gall soap or a natural stain remover before washing.
• Do not use regular fabric softener it reduces the functional properties of clothes. Instead, use Tierra Verde's fabric softener for natural fibres to neutralise pH and remove soap residues.
• Always follow the washing instructions on garments to maintain their technical functions.

This detergent gel is created with respect for human health and the environment. Therefore, it contains no petrochemical substances, chlorine, synthetic perfumes, or dyes. Everything is formulated to minimise the impact on the planet without compromising cleaning efficiency.

Liquid detergent from Tierra Verde

1 liter liquid soap nut detergent

This detergent is based on saponin from soap nuts/soap berries, which grow on the Sapindus Mukorosse tree. The wash nuts are, as it were, berries, from which the nuts have been separated. So soap nuts are actually a misleading term, because only the berry is used for soap.

The soap berries contain an organic substance called saponin. Saponin has an ability to dissolve and remove dirt. It is released on contact with water above 30° and works like soap.

The 1000 ml is enough for approx. 33 washing

The detergent does not contain bleach and can therefore be used for both colored and light clothes

How to use essential oil for your laundry

• If you use soapberry, you can add a few drops to the cotton bag with soapberry, which must be the washing machine.
• If you use detergent in the "drawer", you can dilute the oil (1:10) with water and add it to the room with fabric softener.
• If the clothes are to be tumble-dried, you can add a few drops to your wool balls. Let them absorb the oil for 10-15 min, for the best result, before putting them in the dryer.

What you need to know

Although these fragrance oils are the mildest available, they are still 100% pure and undiluted essential oils, which in some cases are allergenic. show symptoms of hypersensitivity.
