The box has a screw lid and is completely sealed. So you can safely put it in your bag.

The soap box is made of bamboo, which is a durable and long-lasting material.

Bamboo grows incredibly fast and even puts forth new shoots when it is harvested.

However, be careful with water on the outside of the bamboo box, as it can shorten the shelf life of the box.

Please put a cotton pad under your shampoo bar when you put it in the box. This way you avoid the shampoo bar getting stuck to the bottom.

Preferably let the shampoo bar dry before closing it in the box.

How do you use a Safety Razor?

The cloth napkin allows your skin to breathe and feels fresh and natural against the skin.

The cloth napkins are made up of 4 absorbent layers of organic cotton flannel and a layer of PUL, which makes leak-proof.

The cloth bandage has wings and closes with a snap button. Here there are two different setting options.

Washing cloth pads

Wash your cloth pads a few times before use.

When using:

Rinse your cloth pads in cold water before washing them - possibly with a little salt added.

The cloth bandages should ideally be soaked for approx. 24 hours to minimize the risk of stains.

You can also choose a cold rinse in the machine.

Then wash your fabric ties at 60-90 degrees in the washing machine.

Preferably avoid a tumble dryer, as it wears a lot on the PUL layer.

If you have enough ties, you can wash them all at the same time.

2 packs mini, 4 packs normal and 2 packs night are often enough for a period.

Glass jar in clear glass with screw lid in black plastic - 50 ml.

This jar is perfect for homemade cream or ointment.

Glass is the absolute cleanest material to store skincare products in.

The lid is in black PP plastic, which is both odorless and reusable.

This glass jar measures 4.15 cm. in height and 6.2 cm. in diameter.

LastSwab reusable cotton swab

LastSwab is a cotton swab designed to be reused. It has been tested to be able to withstand being used up to 1000 times.

There are 3 cloth napkins in the package.

This cloth napkin is white and is the normal size.

A cloth napkin is a good way to save the environment from unnecessary disposable plastic and at the same time do something really good for yourself.

Because a cloth napkin is just great comfortable to wear.

It allows your skin to breathe and feels much fresher and more natural against the skin than the disposable version.

The cloth pad measures 22 x 7.5 cm.

This cloth pad is made up of 1 layer of organic cotton and a layer of PUL, which makes it leak-proof.

Cloth pads without snaps and therefore must be folded around the panty as shown in the picture.

The cloth napkins are OEKO-TEX certified. It is not a 100% guarantee for a chemical-free product, so please wash them a few times before use just to be safe.
The fabric may fluff a little at first, but these are just loose fibers that disappear in the wash. However, they can be removed with a scraper if they do not.

What is a Gua Sha?

How to cleanse you your Gua Sha:

As they say that crystals carry an energy, it is important that they are cleaned optimally if you want to get the best properties out of them.
You can put your crystal Gua Sha for cleaning in a salt bath made of 3 dl of water and 1 tablespoon of sea salt in 1-24 hours.
You then rinse off the salt with cold water before using it again.
You can also wash it in soap if you want to be sure that any bacteria are completely gone. Always rinse with cold water.

Which crystal should you choose?

The crystals from Calmlish come from many different countries; eg Australia, Brazil, Madagascar, India, Canada and China. Their various properties are based on thousands of years of experience, but they are not scientifically documented.

The crystals perform, in this context, the same "skin care work", therefore in principle you can easily choose the crystal that you think is nicest and attracts you the most. But you can also choose according to the properties the crystals are said to have.

Bubble Buddy was created by the Dutch designer Foekje Fleur, who sees plastic as a cool, necessary and modern material - if and only if you use it correctly and with care and only for necessary purposes.

Foekje Fleur takes a huge responsibility for nature and transforms waste products from nature into functional everyday objects. In particular, she recycles plastic from the discarded plastic product - i.a. bottles.

The web bag is made of PUL, which is a waterproof material without PVC, BPA, lead and fluorine substances.

The web bag can be used for your wet cotton pads and the like, but is not 100% tight in the seams, so do not use the wet bag for liquid liquids.

Washing your wet bag

The bag can be washed in a washing machine at 60 degrees.

Avoid using a tumble dryer, as it wears down the waterproof coating a lot.

OrganiCup Mini

OrganiCup is a menstrual cup for you who want to avoid expensive tampons and disposable pads. Because a OrganiCup can be used again and again and lasts for up to 10 years.

A OrganiCup is made of soft medical silicone. Medical silicone is the absolute cleanest material possible and is very hypoallergenic.

OrganiCup Mini is developed for teenagers or for you who need a smaller cup.

OrganiCup Mini can hold 17 ml. and measures 3.7 cm. in diameter.

The length of the menstrual cup is 5.8 cm. and the stem 1.4 cm.

Use if necessary. a panty liner or a Labia Pad together with your menstrual cup. It should not leak unless it is full. So a panty liner can help you keep an eye on when it's full.

If the stem bothers you, you can cut a bit of it (not while you have it in, of course)

How to use your OrganiCup Mini

• Make sure to boil your menstrual cup before use. Both the very first time you use it and before each new menstrual cycle
• Wash your hands thoroughly
• Fold the cup like a C or by folding it down on one side as shown here:
• Insert the OrganiCup folded into the vagina until the stem is no longer visible from the outside. The cup will unfold inside you.
• If you are unsure whether your OrganiCup has unfolded, you can feel around the bottom of the menstrual cup. It should feel round and not have bumps.

Removing your OrganiCup Mini

• Make sure your OrganiCup is emptied after 12 hours.
• Wash your hands thoroughly
• Gently lift the stem until you can feel the bottom of the cup.
• Pinch the bottom of the cup or before your index finger up the side of the cup to break the vacuum and take it out
• Don't pull the stem all the way out. It is important that you break the vacuum
• Empty the cup in the toilet and rinse it. If you do not have access to water, you can use an OrganiWipe instead to disinfect it

NOTE: If you have inserted an IUD, be aware that the vacuum can in rare cases move your IUD. It is therefore important that you break the vacuum before pulling out your OrganiCup.

How do you use a Safety Razor?

If you have not tried a safety razor - or a DE scraper like this one, then you probably just have to get used to using it. And your skin probably needs it too.

• Use shaving foam or a shaving brush and lather it up well - possibly. with a brush
• Check your scraper and make sure the scraper head and handle are not loose. However, only tighten the screw if it is loose. Then you are sure that the blade is at the right angle

• Let the scraper slide over the skin with light pressure
• Shave only in the direction of the hairs - not against the hairs

For this scraper, you can use all classic razor blades.

Can a Safety Razor also be used by women?
The short answer is: YES!

The Safety Razor also works well for shaving the body.

Even though Mühle's insert says that it should only be used on the face. But Mühle's products are sold all over the world, so they have probably chosen to be extra careful with their recommendations for that reason.

As long as you are careful with the shave, just as you would be if it were on the face, then you can easily use it on the body too.

Organic Aloe Vera Oil from Hedenhus

How to refresh your food cloth

There are two ways you can give your food cloth a new go wax on; In the oven or with the iron.

Use disposable gloves, as the wax mixture can be very sticky.

• Use a deep baking tray and place the food cloth on a piece of baking paper on the tray.
• Melt the block of wax over a water bath.

Refresh with an iron:

• Cover your ironing board with an old piece of fabric (important!)
• Place the tea towel on a piece of parchment paper.
• Melt the wax over a water bath.
• Spread the mixture on the tea towel with an old brush or a block silicone spatula. A relatively hard spatula works best.
• Place the fabric with the wax mixture on the fabric-covered ironing board and also place a piece of baking paper on top of the cloth with the wax mixture.
• Iron on top of the baking paper and be careful not to get wax on the iron.
• When you are satisfied, lift the food cloth from the baking paper and fan it back and forth. The cooling is fast.
• NOTE! The wax is hot, so be careful and wear gloves.

Tips and good advice:

How to use hair cream from Isangs

• Spread about ¼ teaspoon of cream throughout the hair from root to tip.
• Best used in slightly damp hair so that the moisture binds.
• The cream should not come into contact with water, so always use clean and dry hands.

Hair tonic for all hair types from Danish Isangs

Isangs hair tonic is handmade in Copenhagen. It is a concentrated infusion of nourishing herbal extracts in raw apple cider vinegar.

This variant is a really good organic hair care for everyone. It removes limescale from hard water and leaves hair shiny.

Can be used with every hair wash or as needed.

This variant can be used for all hair types.It has a natural scent of raw apple cider vinegar and Isangs cedar wood scent - a full, slightly spicy scent with a hint of fresh citrus.

The ingredients have different nourishing properties:

• Natural silica from horsetail increases the strength of your hair.
• Calendula gives the hair more shine.
• Rosemary and peppermint stimulate the hair follicles and improve circulation to the scalp.
• Vegetable glycerin attracts and binds moisture in the hair.

The hair tonic comes in a glass bottle with an aluminum lid. 40% - 50% recycled glass.

There are 200 ml. hair tonic in the bottle. This corresponds to approx. 14 rinses. The product is a thin liquid.

The bottle is made of glass and can be reused for other purposes.

How to use hair tonic from Isangs

• Dilute 1 tbsp. hair tonic in 500 ml. water.
• Slowly pour the mixture over the hair and massage it into the scalp.
• Get it distributed throughout the length and ends of the hair as well.
• Rinse it out after 2 minutes. It is easy to rinse out.
• Use it every time you wash hair with a shampoo bar
• Or use it as a hair treatment as needed to remove build-up from hard water in hair and scalp.
• Store your hair tonic dry and avoid exposing it to direct sunlight.
• If you have curly and/or thick hair, we can also highly recommend thiscomb for strong and curly hair.

Be aware that sediment is normal in this hair tonic.

This is partly due to small pieces herbs, primarily peppermint, which are finely crushed before the extract is taken from them. In addition, this is because the hair tonic is based on raw and unpasteurized apple cider vinegar, where the mother vinegar is still intact. The mother vinegar is filtered out, but it will continue to grow in the small bottles over time. The mother of vinegar is a gel-like substance which is primarily based on acetic acid bacteria. It can make apple cider vinegar cloudy.

Although the mother of vinegar doesn't look particularly delicious, it contains large amounts of nutritious ingredients. If you want, you can save it and work on it - just like kombucha:-)
