How to use the product
Apply to damp skin morning and evening. Massage the product into the skin with gentle, circular movements – start from the t-zone and move outwards. Rinse off with lukewarm water. For a deeper cleanse, it is recommended to follow up with Grums raw espresso face scrub + mask a few times a week.

FAQ

Why use soap nuts?
Soap nuts are rich in the natural substance saponin, which acts as a mild and biodegradable detergent. They are ethically harvested by local women and transported by ship – don't fly – to reduce the CO₂ footprint.

Is the product suitable for delicate scalps?
Yes. The shampoo has an optimal pH value and contains no irritating ingredients such as synthetic perfume or sulfates. It is therefore suitable for sensitive skin and scalp.

Use
Rub the shampoo into wet hair until foam is formed. Leave it on for a while and then rinse thoroughly with water.

It is quite normal that this shampoo does not produce much foam, as unlike many conventional products, it does not contain any synthetic foaming agents that can irritate your skin. The effectiveness remains the same.

This shampoo has a low pH value, which is beneficial for hair and scalp. In an acidic environment, the surface of the hair closes, which makes it easy to comb out. Therefore, our shampoos do not need to be used together with a conditioner. If your hair type requires the use of conditioner, we recommend using natural substances (e.g. apple cider vinegar, homemade herbal extract).

FAQ
Are soap nut detergents organic and ethical?

Currently, we know of no more abundant and organic source of natural plant-based saponin than soap nut skin. The soap nuts grow on wild soap nut trees. They are not produced on large plantations, nor are they a burden on the local environmental system.

Use
Use the shower gel daily in the bath to wash the whole body, face and hair. It is particularly suitable for those who want a practical, conscious and skin-friendly solution with fewer products on the shelf – without compromising quality and experience.

How to use it
Work the gel into the palms of your hands and apply it to damp skin and wet hair. Gently massage it in until a foam forms. You can also combine your shower with a gentle exfoliation by using our natural loofa when massaging the skin. Then rinse thoroughly with water.

Long or quickly greasy hair should be washed twice, but with a smaller amount of gel. The first wash removes dust and grease from the hair, almost without foaming up the gel. Only during the second wash should you create a creamy foam and let the gel take full effect. Then rinse off with lukewarm water to limit hair loss and dandruff.

What to be aware of
Do not use if you are allergic or sensitive to any of the product's ingredients. The product contains essential oils which can cause an allergic reaction.

What you might be wondering about
The gel has a slightly different color than last time. Why is it?
The natural extracts we use may vary in color depending on the ingredients involved. Therefore, each batch of gel is unique. The plant extracts may change consistency or build up deposits over time. Neither part affects the functionality of the product; the gel just needs to be shaken before use.

Packaging with care
The product comes in a 500 ml bottle made of 100% recycled and reusable PET plastic. You can refill it with the smaller version or choose larger refill solutions and thus minimize plastic consumption and waste.

All soaps from BADA are Danish-produced
The organic cold-pressed rapeseed oil is grown in Stevns and the BADA soaps are handmade in a micro-soap factory in Roskilde.
Size, color and fragrance may vary slightly.

Ingredients
Cold-pressed soapy organic rapeseed oil from Grønninggaard on Stevns, cold-pressed hemp seed oil from Vildbjerg in Central Jutland and ecocert certified saponified coconut oil – and nothing else.

A woman uses around 3500–3700 disposable pads and tampons over a 10-year period. With cloth pads that have a lifespan of approximately 10 years, you can make do with only 15–20 pads in the same period - depending on use, washing and bleeding.

You also get rid of bleaches, glues and perfumes, which many find cause itching, irritation and rashes. Cloth pads offer a clean, soft and durable solution for your period.

Sizes and quantities

Cloth pads from Women's Place are available in four sizes:

• 20 cm (panty liners)
• 25 cm (day pads)
• 30 cm (night pads)
• 40 cm (postpartum pads or longer night pads)

Most women use approximately 3–6 panty liners, 9–12 day pads and 3–6 night pads during a menstrual period, depending on how often they wash. If you are unsure, you can start with our starter pack, which contains three different sizes.

Material and construction

• 100% organic GOTS-certified cotton
• 4 layers of absorbent cotton
• 1 layer of PUL-coated fabric (waterproof)

This makes the pads as dense and absorbent as disposable pads, but without unnecessary chemicals.

Handling and use

1. Direction: The front has two vertical seams; the back is marked with “Women’s Place”. Place the back side down against the briefs, fold the wings under and close with buttons at the back. The top cotton­ layers should face the skin, while the PUL-coated layer should face down.

2. After use: Rinse off the worst blood in cold water under the shower if possible— it preserves the life of the bandage best. If you do not rinse immediately, you can put the bandage in a wetbag (waterproof and odorproof bag) until washing. A strong odor does not form when stored in a wetbag.

Washing cloth napkins

1. Pre-wash (cold rinse): If you have not already rinsed the napkins one at a time, you can put them directly in the washing machine on a cold rinse program or hand wash them under the shower.

2. Main wash (60 °C): Wash the bandages together with other household laundry at 60 °C.

   • Avoid bleaches and fabric softeners – these can damage both cotton and waterproof PUL.

3. Drying: Hang the bandages to air dry. Do not use a tumble dryer, as the heat can destroy the waterproof coating.

4. When the pads are completely dry, they are ready for reuse.

Deep cleaning + stain removal

• Boil approx. 300 ml of water, remove the saucepan from the heat.
• Add 1 tablespoon of powder.
• Place the cup in the solution for several hours or overnight to remove discolouration/older stains.

Intense shine and natural ingredients
This "Ultra Shiny" eyeshadow is designed to reflect light, making it ideal for creating dimension in your makeup look or for use at evening events.

Although the finish is shiny, the content of bamboo powder (which is rich in silica) ensures absorption of excess oil on the eyelid, improving durability.

Vegetable Squalene
Extracted from olive oil. This substance resembles the skin's own sebum (oil), providing fantastic affinity with the skin. It strengthens the hydrolipidic barrier and protects against dehydration.

Bamboo Powder (Bambusa Arundinacea Stem Powder)
A white powder extracted from bamboo nodes. The high silica content helps to remineralize the epidermis and regenerate the skin.

How to apply the perfect eye makeup
To get the most out of your ZAO eyeshadow, the following procedure is recommended:
 

• Preparation: Extend durability by first applying ZAO Fluid Eye Primer 258 to the entire eyelid.

• Application: Use a shading brush (e.g., Shading Brush 704) to apply Cacao Satin to the entire lid for an intense look.

• Definition: If you wish to define the eye further, you can use an angled brush (Angled Brush 706) with a darker shade along the lash line.

• Highlight: Light up the inner corner of the eye with a lighter pearly colour to open up the eye.

Compatibility
This rectangular refill is compatible with ZAO's Bamboo Boxes and the larger palettes. Note that this is not the round refill, but the rectangular model.

At one end of this Mimikaki there is a small spoon, which you use to carefully scrape the earwax out of your outer ear canal.

Clean the spoon after each scraping.

Clean your ears carefully with the scraper - without pressing and squeezing.

Do not use your ear cleaner to clean your inner ear canal, as the ear wax here protects your eardrum.

The ear cleaner should only used by adults.

When you have finished cleaning, clean the ear cleaner with a hard-wrung cloth.

Do not use alcohol, as the bamboo can be broken down by the alcohol.

The ear cleaner stick is 10 cm. long. It is made of bamboo and has a small plastic ball on it, so it is possible to tell the difference between the family's ear cleaners.

The ear cleaner is a personal tool and should not be shared with others.

Heating pad for microwave and conventional oven

Incredibly nice heating pad, in a simple, Nordic design, from Swedish Terrible Twins.

The heating pad is filled with KRAV-certified, organic wheat grains.

It is sewn from 100% natural and durable linen. Read more about the benefits of linen further down the page.

The pillow is produced in Sweden.

The pillow will give you pleasant warmth and can relieve discomfort such as stiffness, back pain, neck pain, menstrual cramps and the like.

The pillow can also be used to warm up the bed in the cold months.

You can also freeze it and use it to cool sore muscles or overstretching.

The heat and weight from the wheat grains increases the blood flow in your muscles.

Wheat grains have a natural heat-conducting effect and can maintain high temperatures for a long time.

How to use your heating pad from Terrible Twins

• The heating pad can be heated in the microwave for 2-3 minutes at 750 watts.
• It can also be heated in normal oven for 10-15 minutes at 125°C.
• Always place the heating pad so that the fabric does not touch the sides of the oven/microwave.
• Pack the pad in a bag (preferably in fabric to avoid plastic) and put it in the freezer for an hour to make use of its cooling properties.
