The swab is made of plastic, and the ends are made of TPE – a form of rubber that is also used in the pharmaceutical industry. The accompanying case is made of PLA, a bioplastic which is made from corn and is therefore biodegradable.

Én LastSwab replaces approx. thousand disposable swabs, so in the long run LastSwab is a much more durable choice than ordinary swabs. Also when it comes to using swabs made of biodegradable materials, if the consumption of materials and the emission of CO2 during production and transport are taken into account.

Like ordinary cotton swabs, LastSwab should only be used by adults. And be extra careful when cleaning your delicate ear canals.

Cleaning your LastSwab

After use, clean the LastSwab with warm water and soap.

Your LastSwab is a personal tool and you should therefore not share it with others. Therefore, make sure to order the family's cotton swabs in different colors to avoid using each other's.

The cloth napkins are OEKO-TEX certified. It is not a 100% guarantee for a chemical-free product, so please wash them a few times before use just to be safe.
The fabric may fluff a little at first, but these are just loose fibers that disappear in the wash. However, they can be removed with a scraper if they do not.

Washing cloth pads

When using:

Rinse your cloth pads in cold water before washing them - possibly added a little salt.

You can also choose a cold rinse in the machine.

Then wash your cloth napkins at 60-90 degrees in the washing machine.

Preferably avoid a tumble dryer, as it wears down the PUL layer a lot.

If you have enough napkins, you can wash them all at the same time.

2 packets mini, 4 packets normal and 2 packets night are often enough for a period.

Organic handmade soap bar

This variant with Birch & Juniper is a gentle and cleansing soap.

How to use your OrganiCup Mini

• Make sure to boil your menstrual cup before use. Both the very first time you use it and before each new menstrual cycle
• Wash your hands thoroughly
• Fold the cup like a C or by folding it down on one side as shown here:
• Insert the OrganiCup folded into the vagina until the stem is no longer visible from the outside. The cup will unfold inside you.
• If you are unsure whether your OrganiCup has unfolded, you can feel around the bottom of the menstrual cup. It should feel round and not have bumps.

Removing your OrganiCup Mini

• Make sure your OrganiCup is emptied after 12 hours.
• Wash your hands thoroughly
• Gently lift the stem until you can feel the bottom of the cup.
• Pinch the bottom of the cup or before your index finger up the side of the cup to break the vacuum and take it out
• Don't pull the stem all the way out. It is important that you break the vacuum
• Empty the cup in the toilet and rinse it. If you do not have access to water, you can use an OrganiWipe instead to disinfect it

NOTE: If you have inserted an IUD, be aware that the vacuum can in rare cases move your IUD. It is therefore important that you break the vacuum before pulling out your OrganiCup.

How do you use a Safety Razor?

If you have not tried a safety razor - or a DE scraper like this one, then you probably just have to get used to using it. And your skin probably needs it too.

But follow this procedure - and you're pretty much on your way:

• Moisten skin and beard/hair with warm water
• Use shaving foam or a shaving brush and lather it up well - possibly. with a brush
• Check your scraper and make sure the scraper head and handle are not loose. However, only tighten the screw if it is loose. Then you are sure that the blade is at the right angle
• Start your shave and hold the scraper at a 30 degree angle to the skin
• Let the scraper slide over the skin with light pressure
• Shave only in the direction of the hairs - not against the hairs
• Tighten the skin in places where it can be difficult to get a flat surface - e.g. on the neck

For this scraper, you can use all classic razor blades.

Can a Safety Razor also be used by women?
The short answer is: YES!

The Safety Razor also works well for shaving the body.

Even though Mühle's insert says that it should only be used on the face. But Mühle's products are sold all over the world, so they have probably chosen to be extra careful with their recommendations for that reason.

As long as you are careful with the shave, just as you would be if it were on the face, then you can easily use it on the body too.

What the heck are Labia Pads?

A Labia Pad is a small drop-shaped piece of fabric that is used to collect the blood closest to your body.

A Labia Pad is folded in half (on the long joint) and placed between the labia. You can use Labia Pads together with your pads if you are bleeding profusely or as extra security when using a menstrual cup.

Bergamot oil - a fresh and uplifting essential oil.

The bergamot oil has a light scent of citrus and pear. The fruit is said to originate from a cross between the two fruits.

The oil has an uplifting effect and has anti-inflammatory properties. It is suitable for skin, hair and beard care.

This beautiful bergamot oil is a 100% pure, essential oil.

It comes in a small UV-protective glass with a dropper insert, so it is easy to dose correctly and you avoid wasting valuable drops.

How to use essential oil for your laundry

• If you use soapberry, you can add a few drops to the cotton bag with soapberry, which should be in the washing machine.
• If you use detergent in the "drawer", you can dilute the oil (1:10) with water and add it to the room with fabric softener.
• If you want to tumble dry your clothes, you can add a few drops to your wool balls. Let them absorb the oil for 10-15 min, for the best results, before putting them in the dryer.

Essential oils and allergies

The oils are for example from herbs, leaves, flowers, needles, twigs, leaves, roots, nuts, seeds and bark.

However, although essential oils are natural oils, you may well be hypersensitive to them. It is therefore important that you dilute the essential oils in other (natural and good) oils or water.

Bamboo pads consist of 3 layers of 80% bamboo viscose and 20% cotton.

These bamboo pads are particularly good for makeup and facial cleansing. They are silky soft and leave no bamboo fibers on the skin.

Washing your cotton pads

The supplier recommends washing at 40 degrees and no tumble drying.

Some make-up can leave stains on the rondels, so make sure you use a good (and conscious) stain remover for them.

The cotton rondels measure 8 cm. in diameter and is a perfect alternative to cotton pads. They can be washed and used again and again.

Pandoo has decided to use polyester thread (less than 1% of the material), as this makes the rondels more durable than cotton thread - so the rondels last as long as possible.

This jar contains 9 pcs. white rondels with mint green border and 9 pcs. mint green rondels with mint green border. as well as a cotton laundry bag.

The jar measures 10 cm in diameter and 8.5 cm in height.

These Pandoo pads replace over 50 packs of traditional cotton pads. And that is a good saving both for your wallet and for our environment.

Bamboo and cotton do not require a lot of water during cultivation, therefore they are resource-saving.

Before using the pillows, Pandoo recommends that you start by machine washing them or give them a quick spin in a pot, as cotton often needs to be activated with water in order to absorb.
