How to use your soap bar
Use the bar daily to maintain healthy and well-hydrated skin:
 

• Lather up: Wet the bar with water and lather it between your hands or rub it directly onto wet skin.

• Cleanse: Spread the creamy foam over your body and enjoy the fresh scent.

• Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with water.

Tip: To make your soap bar last as long as possible, we recommend letting it dry completely between uses – preferably on a loofah soap rest. The bar should not be stored in direct sunlight.

Cold-pressed organic almond oil is an incredibly versatile oil that you can use for almost all types of homemade skin care.

Organic Aloe Vera Juice from Naturligolie

The best skin and hair care must be the most natural - the one where we add to our bodies as natural and pure products as possible.

Raspberry seed oil from Naturligolie

This organic raspberry seed oil is cold-pressed from raspberry seeds from sweet, ripe British raspberries

Raspberry seed oil is rich in vitamins A and E and linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid

The oil has a repairing and soothing effect, is very light and quickly penetrates the skin without clogging.

It is particularly good for mature, sensitive, reddened and irritated skin.

The oil smooths out fine lines and creates a more uniform skin.

You can use the oil as it is or mix it with other good oils.

Cream for dry skin from Danish Isangs

This is a fantastic, natural cream for the body that is hungry for lots of moisture and care.

Delicious shea and cocoa butter are whipped into a beautiful, creamy texture that moisturizes and softens even the driest skin, keeping it hydrated all day long.

We are willing to go so far as to say "organic skin care when is best". Because it is really good! And it is also handmade in Copenhagen.

In addition to being both organic and completely natural, it is also a vegan body cream that you can use every day with a clear conscience.

It comes in a practical 75 ml tin. cream. It is enough for approx. 1.5 months if used daily.

The can, which is made from 40% - 60% recycled material, can be reused.

Natural toothpaste from Ben&Anna

All the ingredients are certified natural and vegan.

This variant is called Wildberry

The toothpaste contains aloe vera, which cares for the gums. Natural pineapple extract cleans the teeth gently and dissolves plaque.

The toothpaste cleans the teeth thoroughly and gives fresh breath.

The toothpaste contains no animal ingredients and is therefore vegan

How to use the toothpaste

Put a small amount of toothpaste - approx. the size of a little fingernail - on your toothbrush.

Brush thoroughly for 2 minutes

Make sure to spit out the toothpaste again

A pure natural product.

Unrefined shea butter is extracted without any kind of use of chemicals - it is basically the pure, cold-pressed shea butter.

However, this organic shea butter is filtered so that impurities are removed. This makes the shea butter lighter in colour.

Shea butter can be used with great advantage in skin care products. It can be used directly on the skin and is really good for dry and peeling skin.

Shea butter is super suitable for creams, ointments, lip balm, soaps, hair care etc.

Organic shea butter contains both E, D and F vitamins.

Shea butter has a melting point of approx. 40 degrees.

Pure lanolin for skin care products or refreshing the water-repellent properties of woolen clothes

A natural product.

Lanolin is wool fat which can be used in a wide range of skin care products.

Lanolin forms a protective film around your skin and is therefore super suitable for homemade lip balm, salve or moisturiser.

You can also use pure lanolin to protect your cracked nipples when breastfeeding.

And then lanolin is a natural ingredient for impregnating your woolen clothes.

Lanolin is extracted by washing raw sheep's wool. The lanolin is extracted without the use of antioxidants.

The cotton roundels measure 8 cm. in diameter and is a perfect alternative to cotton pads.

These are white with a pink edge.

These cotton pads are in soft cotton terry.

Use them, for example, to remove makeup or for your skin tonic. Or use them to dry little baby eyes or children's fingers.

Either way, they can be washed again and again.

Wash your cotton pads

The cotton pads can be washed in a washing machine at 60 degrees and can also be tumble dried.

Some make-up can stain them, so make sure you use a good (and conscious) stain removers for them.

Alternatively, you can consider the black, if you want to avoid any stains.

The cotton pads are OEKO-TEX certified. It is not a guarantee of a 100% chemical-free product, so please wash them a few times before use just to be safe.

Cold-pressed organic rosehip seed oil from organic rosehip seeds.

Rosehip seed oil contains large amounts of essential fatty acids and is super good for dry and irritated skin.

You can also use it for burns, scars and stretch marks.

However, you should not use it for acne, as there are some concerns that it could worsen the condition.

Rosehip seed oil works really well in homemade makeup, but the oil is also widely used by massage therapists, as the oil has healing properties. Here, however, the oil should be used in a diluted version - approx. 10%.

The rosehip seed oil will stick a little on the skin if used undiluted.

Store cool and should not be exposed to sunlight.

Washing cloths from Imse Vimse

Soft and practical washing cloths in organic cotton from Swedish Imse Vimse.

These are in the color black, which is a super practical color for those of you who hate stains:-)

Use the cloths for diaper changes, as handkerchiefs, for dirty children's fingers or as an alternative to paper towels.

They are also super suitable as an alternative to foam washcloths or wet wipes. Here they can possibly combine with wet bag when you are on the go.

The cloths are soft and comfortable and in a nice cotton flonnel.

And they are really durable. At the time of writing (August 2018), I have had my cloths (in white) for 5.5 years - and they still hold up so well.

Menstrual panties give you a completely different feeling of freedom when you menstruate. The menstrual panties have elastic in the waist and between the legs, which makes the panties super comfortable to wear.

The menstrual panties are OEKO-TEX 100 certified. It is not a 100% guarantee for a chemical-free product, so please wash them a few times before use just to be safe.

Wash your menstrual panties

Wash your menstrual panties a few times before use.

• Rinse your menstrual panties in cold water before washing them.
• You can also choose a cold rinse in machine.
• Then wash your menstrual panties at 60 degrees in the washing machine.
• Menstrual panties should be hung dry.
• Avoid tumble dryers, as they wear down the PUL layer a lot.

If you have enough menstrual panties, you can wash them all at once. And preferably together with towels, cloths and other things that need to be washed at 60 degrees.

Flow Gua Sha from Calmlish

Flow Gua Sha is a beauty tool shaped like a fish from the Danish brand Calmlish. A perfect beginner Gua Sha.

This version is with the crystal Obsidian, which is for those of you who feel stressed and spend many hours in front of a screen.

Obsidian is said to provide extra protection against radiation and pollution. It is a volcanic stone good against stress - and it is known to many as "dragon glass" in the series Game and Thrones.

All stones/crystals from Calmlish are unique and there will therefore be variations in colour, shape, structure and surface.

A Flow Gua Sha from Calmlish comes in the most delicious, conscious packaging and it is a sensory experience in itself when you open it.

What is a Gua Sha?

Gua Sha [pronounced "gwa sja"] is a traditional Chinese healing tool that has been used in China for many, many thousands of years. Gua means "to scratch" and Sha means "red spots/redness".

With a Gua Sha tool and Gua Sha techniques you scrape the skin to remove waste products, accumulated lymph fluid, tension and pain.

It is an easy and effective treatment that stimulates the lymph and blood circulation and gives immediate effect and a more harmonious and relaxed appearance. Sha is an easy and quick Gua Sha facial for facial massage, lymphatic drainage, muscle relaxation and acupressure.

How to use your Flow Gua Sha:

Gua Sha massage is an easy and effective self-treatment technique that can be easily and safely performed at home. You will quickly see visible results.

However, it is important that you use a balm or an oil with your Gua Sha tool. If you want a good oil for your Flow Gua Sha, which is not greasy, you can find our delicious, organic jojoba oil right here.The Flow Gua Sha has the shape of a fish with different sides and ends for different treatments:

- The side of the fish is for lymphatic drainage and lifting.

- The head is for going deep in case of muscle tension, and for a light drainage around the eyes.

- The tail is for the edge of the jaw, cheekbones and eyebrows.

- The tips of the tail are used for acupressure and to work in zig zags in the wrinkles to increase blood circulation in the area and thereby skin renewal.

It is not recommended to use a Gua Sha if you have the following:

• Sunburned skin
• Fungus
• Inflamed skin
• Wounds
• Damaged skin
• Skin cancer
• Swollen lymph glands
• Disease
• Fever

How to cleanse you your Gua Sha:

As they say that crystals carry an energy, it is important that they are cleaned optimally if you want to get the best properties out of them.
You can put your crystal Gua Sha for cleaning in a salt bath made of 3 dl of water and 1 tablespoon of sea salt in 1-24 hours.
You then rinse off the salt with cold water before using it again.
You can also wash it in soap if you want to be sure that any bacteria are completely gone. Always rinse with cold water.

Which crystal should you choose?

The crystals from Calmlish come from many different countries; eg Australia, Brazil, Madagascar, India, Canada and China. Their various properties are based on thousands of years of experience, but they are not scientifically documented.

The crystals perform, in this context, the same "skin care work", therefore in principle you can easily choose the crystal that you think is nicest and attracts you the most. But you can also choose according to the properties the crystals are said to have.

Really good bamboo toothbrushes for older children and adults

The toothbrushes come in a pack of 4. They are made from bamboo and a 100% plastic-free and vegan alternative.

The toothbrush bristles are in the soft category, which is recommended for the most gentle brushing.

Bamboo is naturally antibacterial and is therefore very suitable for toothbrushes.

The bamboo toothbrush is biodegradable, so break off the head and bury it if necessary. into the garden when it can't do it anymore.

The toothbrush has a shelf life of approx. 2-3 months.

If you are going on a trip, it is recommended to transport your bamboo toothbrush in a bamboo case, preferably not plastic. The bamboo toothbrush is made of natural material, so it needs to be able to "breathe".

The handle of the toothbrush is made of Bamboo and the brush head itself consists of 100% BPA free nylon.

Natural bamboo

The toothbrushes are made from natural bamboo, which grows extremely quickly - without having to use a lot of water for it.

Bamboo does not need any fertilizers or pesticides to grow as strongly as it does, which also makes it a super material.

Bamboo can be harvested several times a year and absorbs large amounts of Co2 during its lifetime. And it is both stronger and lighter than tree.

They have a soft safety zone in the form of a small extra pad at the end of the cotton swab so that they do not damage the child's ear.

How to use The Twig

• Prepare your skin for shaving by washing with warm water. It makes the hairs softer and easier to shave.

• You don't need to put extra pressure on The Twig, just let the weight of the razor do the work
• Continuously rinse The Twig under warm water.
• Notice if you need to shave any areas and repeat

Cleaning this Leaf shave razor

Open The Twig and rinse thoroughly after each use. Use possibly an old toothbrush if there are places where dirt is stuck.

Make sure the blade is cleaned and has a chance to dry up.

Store The Twig in a dry place.

Your Leaf Shave must be supplied with 1 Single-Edge razor blade. You can find the razor blades here

• When you want to change the blades, you start by unscrewing the bottom of the shaft of The Twig. You have to screw clockwise to open it.
• The screw at the bottom opens the razor blade at the top, which you can now access.
• Replace the razor blade
• Make sure the blade is in the right position
• Be careful when handling the razor blade. It's really sharp!
• Turn the base back into place - counter-clockwise. (see video further down the page)
