What the heck are Labia Pads?

A Labia Pad is a small drop-shaped piece of fabric that is used to collect the blood closest to your body.

A Labia Pad is folded in half (on the long joint) and placed between the labia. You can use Labia Pads together with your pads if you are bleeding profusely or as extra security when using a menstrual cup.

Labia Pads can also be used if you have problems with your pelvic floor and therefore want a little extra security against small accidents (e.g. when you cough or sneeze).

The fabric may fluff a little at the start, but these are just loose fibers that disappear in the wash. However, they can be removed with a scraper if they do not.

The bergamot oil has a light scent of citrus and pear. The fruit is said to originate from a cross between the two fruits.

The oil has an uplifting effect and has anti-inflammatory properties. It is suitable for skin, hair and beard care.

How to use essential oil for your laundry

• If you use soapberry, you can add a few drops to the cotton bag with soapberry, which should be in the washing machine.
• If you use detergent in the "drawer", you can dilute the oil (1:10) with water and add it to the room with fabric softener.
• If you want to tumble dry your clothes, you can add a few drops to your wool balls. Let them absorb the oil for 10-15 min, for the best results, before putting them in the dryer.

Essential oils and allergies

The oils are for example from herbs, leaves, flowers, needles, twigs, leaves, roots, nuts, seeds and bark.

However, although essential oils are natural oils, you may well be hypersensitive to them. It is therefore important that you dilute the essential oils in other (natural and good) oils or water.

How to use your heating pad from Terrible Twins

• The heating pad can be heated in the microwave for 2-3 minutes at 750 watts.

A lot of water is not added to be transported around and there is no need for a lot of packaging either.

No boring chemicals, sulfates or silicones are added either.

This shampoo bar has a fresh scent of peppermint and tea tree oil, which, in addition to smelling good, has an antibacterial effect and at the same time stimulates blood circulation.

It is a deep-cleansing shampoo bar that contains green clay, which both strengthens the hair and can help against irritated and greasy scalps, as it absorbs grease from your scalp without drying it out.

Moisten the bar under warm water and spread it around your wet hair by rubbing it around. It foams up easily.

The sunscreen from Sol de Ibiza is based on non-nano zinc oxide as a sun filter, which provides safe sun protection against both UVA and UVB rays. Nano is a size designation. Carnauba wax is a plant-based wax which is also the hardest, natural wax available.

• Treat your hair before you take a shower. In this way, you get loose hair removed so that it does not tangle when you massage the shampoo bar in.
• The hair is then made thoroughly wet. Run the bar around the scalp approximately 6-10 times. Make sure to get around the back of the head and the sides. It won't lather much yet, as the shampoo removes dirt and grime during the first wash
• Massage with your fingers around the scalp - you can add a little more water if you find it difficult to lather. You don't need to apply shampoo to the ends, as it actually wears the hair down unnecessarily.

A caring soap, handmade from natural ingredients, that adds moisture to the skin and cares for it during hand washing. The soap has a creamy and dense foam.

This bar of soap has added hemp seed oil, which together with the rapeseed oil has a moisturizing and caring effect. The hemp seed oil has the most beautiful green colour, which also gives the soap a nice green tinge. Both the rapeseed oil and the hemp seed oil are cold-pressed and organically grown on small farms in Denmark.

How to use your Kystnær shampoo

• Wet the hair
• Run the bar around the hair until it foams
• Put the bar away and massage the hair and scalp
• Wash the hair before shampooing is rinsed out
• Use Kystnær conditioner bar if needed
• Rinse the bar clean and store it dry

The bar lasts longer if it is allowed to dry between uses.
Kystnær shampoo bar can be used for approx. 30-40 hair washes.

How to use your Kystnær soap bar

The soap can be used on the whole body, as a body soap, but is also ideal as a hand soap. You can use the soap bar in an organic linen soap bag for exfoliation, which leaves the skin soft and delicious.

The bar lasts longer if it is allowed to dry between uses.

The cloth napkins are OEKO-TEX certified. It is not a 100% guarantee for a chemical-free product, so please wash them a few times before use just to be safe.

The fabric may fluff a little at first, but these are just loose fibers that disappear in the wash. However, they can be removed with a scraper if they do not.

Washing cloth pads

Wash your cloth pads a few times before use.

When using:

Rinse your cloth pads in cold water before washing them - possibly added a little salt.

You can also choose a cold rinse in the machine.

Then wash your cloth napkins at 60-90 degrees in the washing machine.

Preferably avoid a tumble dryer, as it wears down the PUL layer a lot.

If you have enough napkins, you can wash them all at the same time.

2 packets mini, 4 packets normal and 2 packets night are often enough for a period.

Washing your wet bag

The bag can be washed in a washing machine at 60 degrees.

Avoid using a tumble dryer, as it wears down the waterproof coating a lot.
