• The heating pad can be heated in the microwave for 2-3 minutes at 750 watts.
• It can also be heated in general. oven for 10-15 minutes at 125°C.
• Always place the heating pad so that the fabric does not touch the sides of the oven/microwave.
• Pack the pad in a bag (preferably in fabric to avoid plastic) and put it in the freezer for an hour to make use of its cooling properties.

How to Use Your Organic Eyeshadow

• Apply your ZAO eyeshadow with a good brush. We recommend a Shading brush, which you can find right here
• Apply your eyeshadow to the entire eyelid
• Feel free to use circular motions when applying your eyeshadow. It gives a more lasting result
• Use a lighter colour in the inner corner of the eye and a darker colour in the outer corner of the eyelid.

We recommend removing your makeup with cotton pads like these and maybe also with a bit of this cleansing oil. It's super effective.

Usage
For optimal care, it is recommended to brush the hair morning and evening. Start by brushing backwards, find your groove, then brush the hair down on each side. Adapt your brushing technique to your hair type – some only need to comb the top part of the hair and hand-style the rest.

Remove hair from the brush with your hands and then rinse it under the tap. Lay it out to dry with the pillow facing down so that excess water can run out through the holes.

How to use your Kystnær soap bar

Dissolve in lukewarm water until the water has a bright white/blue glow. Soak your wool or knitwear for about 10 minutes. Gently twist or spin the item before laying it flat to dry. It is not necessary to rinse the soap out.

The bar lasts longer if it is allowed to dry between uses.

Menstruation is a natural part of life, but it can be difficult to find hygiene products that neither leak nor need to be changed frequently. What is a menstrual disk?

2. Removal: Grasp the “handle” or squeeze the edge lightly to break the seal. Pull out the disc, empty the contents into the toilet, rinse it with clean water and insert again if necessary.

3. Cleaning: After each cycle, boil the disc for 2–3 minutes and let it air dry on a clean surface. Then store it dry and away from direct sunlight.

A woman uses about 35003700 disposable pads and tampons over a 10-year period. With cloth pads that have a lifespan of approximately 10 years, you only need 1520 pads in the same period - depending on use, washing, and flow.

Sizes and Quantity

Cloth pads from Women's Place are available in four sizes:

Handling and Use

1. Orientation: The front side has two vertical seams; the back is marked with "Womens Place". Place the backside down against the underwear, fold the wings under and close with buttons at the back. The top cotton layers should face the skin, while the PUL-coated layer should face downwards.

2. After Use: Rinse off most of the blood with cold water in the shower if possiblethat preserves the pads lifespan best. If you dont rinse it immediately, you can place the pad in a wetbag (waterproof and odour-proof bag) until washing. There is no strong odour when stored in a wetbag.

Washing Cloth Pads

1. Pre-wash (cold rinse): If you haven't already rinsed the pads one by one, you can put them directly into the washing machine on a cold rinse cycle or rinse them by hand in the shower.

2. Main Wash (60 °C): Wash the pads with other boil wash items at 60 °C.

   • Avoid bleaches and fabric softeners these can damage both the cotton and the waterproof PUL.

3. Drying: Hang the pads to air dry. Do not use a tumble dryer, as the heat can damage the waterproof coating.

4. Once the pads are completely dry, they are ready to reuse.
