How to use your Meishai conditioner

Since Meishai Conditioner is particularly rich and nourishing, we recommend using a slightly smaller amount than you might be used to. The conditioner works effectively to seal, protect and soften the hair, especially after using Meishai Shampoo and Meishai Treatment.

1. Start by removing excess water from the hair – the hair must be damp, but not soaking wet.

2. Spread the conditioner evenly from the tips upwards. You can apply it as high in the hair as you need.

3. Use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb to distribute the product and work it into the hair.

4. Leave it on for 1–2 minutes.

5. Rinse thoroughly.

The result? Hair that feels silky soft, protected and thoroughly moisturised – ready for the rest of your routine.

Key ingredients and their properties

• Glycerin
  An effective moisturizer that helps retain the natural moisture of the skin and hair. Glycerin also has softening properties and contributes to keeping the scalp healthy and well-balanced.

• Almond oil (Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil)
  A nourishing oil that strengthens and rebuilds both hair and scalp. It is particularly suitable for dry and dehydrated scalps, but also gentle enough for sensitive and delicate skin. Almond oil protects against drying out and gives a soft, supple feel.

How to use the product
Gently dab 2–3 drops of serum under the eye with your fingertip – from the inner to the outer corner of the eye. Use morning and/or evening on cleansed skin as a regular part of your skincare routine.

Baby & Kids All-in-One Holiday Cream SPF30
This versatile and natural mineral sunscreen has been developed specifically for babies and children with sensitive skin. The sunscreen from Sol de Ibiza is based on non-nano zinc oxide as a sun filter, which provides safe sun protection against both UVA and UVB rays. Nano is a size designation. Non-nano zinc oxide means that the cream does not have particles so small that they penetrate the skin or are absorbed into the marine environment. This also makes it reef safe, so you can swim in the sea with a clear conscience without worrying about whether your sunscreen is harming the marine environment.

This sunscreen contains no heavy metals, harmful chemicals or preservatives. Menstruation is a natural part of life, but it can be difficult to find hygiene products that neither leak nor need to be changed frequently. The menstrual pad offers a flexible, reusable solution that collects menstrual blood instead of absorbing it – and provides up to 12 hours of protection. What is a menstrual disk?
The menstrual disk is made of soft, medical silicone and is placed in the vagina just below the cervix. Instead of sucking up blood like a tampon or pad, it collects the menstrual fluid, which makes it particularly suitable for long days, nights and physical activity.

Most women lose between 30–80 ml of blood during menstruation (approx. 2–5 tbsp.), but the amount of bleeding varies from person to person. That is why the menstrual disk is available in two sizes:

How to use the Menstrual Disc

1. Insertion: Fold the disc together (two indentations on each side) and insert into the vagina until the edge sits under the cervix. Gently push the base behind your pubic bone so the disc unfolds and forms a tight seal.

2. Removal: Grasp the “handle” or squeeze the edge lightly to break the seal. Pull out the disc, empty the contents into the toilet, rinse it with clean water and insert again if necessary.

3. Cleaning: After each cycle, boil the disc for 2–3 minutes and let it air dry on a clean surface. Then store it dry and away from direct sunlight.

How to use your hair brush with boar hair

• The brush can be used in both wet and dry hair.

How to use your shampoo bar from Isangs

• Wet the hair and the shampoo bar.

LastSwab reusable cotton swab

LastSwab is a cotton swab designed to be reused. It has been tested to be able to withstand being used up to 1000 times.

LastSwab is available in two versions:

How to use your bamboo gap brush

• Wet the brush with cold water. You don't have to use toothpaste
• Carefully push the interspace brush between your teeth and gently massage back and forth
• Clean slightly diagonally - in an X
• Plaque and food residues can be rinsed off the brush under running water
• Then brush your teeth - possibly with a soft bamboo toothbrush like or with an electric toothbrush.
• Change the gap brush approx. every 14 days

NOTE. Do not press the interdental brush through the gums, as the gums can be damaged by it.

If the brush is too large, you should choose a smaller version or another solution.

If the brush is too small for your spaces between the teeth, you should go up in brush size.
