How to use Isangs body cream

• Rub approximately 1 tsp. cream between the palms.
• Massage the cream into the skin with circular movements.
• We recommend using it on slightly damp skin after bathing.
• The cream should not come into contact with water, so always have clean and dry hands before applying.
• Always store your cream dry and cool and avoid placing it in direct sun.

How to use your Leaf Shave

• Prepare your skin for shaving by washing with warm water and possibly light exfoliation. It makes the hairs softer and easier to shave.
• Use a good shaving soap. We can definitely recommend this from Isangs.
• Shave with your Leaf Shave. Both skin and razor should be moist when you start.
• You don't need to put extra pressure on the Leaf razor, just let the weight of the razor do the work
• If you think the Leaf razor is too aggressive, you can remove the lower razor blade
• Continuously rinse your Leaf Shave under warm water.
• Notice if you need to shave areas and repeat if necessary.
• Shaving done!

Cleaning your Leaf razor

Open your Leaf Shave and rinse it thoroughly after each use. Use possibly an old toothbrush if there are places where dirt is stuck.

Make sure the leaves are cleaned and have a chance to dry up.

Store your Leaf Shave in a dry place.

If there is limescale on your Leaf Shave, you can soak it in 1 part vinegar and 2 parts water for approx. 10 minutes.

Scrub it if necessary. clean with an old toothbrush and a little mild dishwashing detergent

Do not leave the safety razor soaked for a long time.

How to change the blades on your Leaf Shave

Your Leaf Shave can be equipped with up to 3 leaves. The blades are Single-Edge blades and you can find them here

• When you want to change the blades, you start by unscrewing the screw on the head of the Leaf razor. You have to screw clockwise to open it.
• The loose screw opens the razor blades, which you can now access.
• Replace the razor blades one by one.
• Make sure the blades are in the correct position in each compartment.
• Take care when handling the razor blades. They are really sharp!
• Turn the screw back in place - counter-clockwise. (see video further down the page)

Natural deodorant from LEKKER

It is a completely natural deodorant produced without the use of alcohol or aluminum.

This variant has a naturally delicious scent of fir, peppermint and bergamot.

The creme deodorant contains 30 gr.. This corresponds to approx. 2 months of daily use.

The deodorant's case and the bag it comes in are made from recyclable cardboard. So Zero Waste!

Traditional deodorants, which contain aluminum, will often block your skin pores, which is not very healthy. But these natural deodorants, from the LEKKER company, actually allow you to sweat. • It must be applied to clean and dry skin.
• You simply apply it with your fingers.
• The amount for each armpit corresponds to approx. to the size of a pea.
• Melt the cream with the heat of your hands, using circular motions.
• When it is melted and has a transparent, soft and delicious consistency, apply it to each armpit with a downward stroke so that it lies on the outside of the skin.
• It is important that you do NOT press against your skin when you apply.

Organic cocoa butter for DIY skin care

The cocoa butter is additive-free and has not undergone any chemical processes during production.

Organic cocoa butter can be used in countless skin care products - creams, lip balm, salves, soap and much more.

But it is quite naturally also quite delicious in chocolate:-)

Cocoa butter is a natural fat that is cold pressed from cocoa beans. It therefore smells completely natural and lovely of cocoa.

Organic cocoa butter is a fantastic moisturizer for the skin.

It contains natural antioxidants that prevent rancidity.

Cocoa butter melts at approx. 40 degrees.

Heat in a water bath and do not heat more than absolutely necessary so that you retain the high nutritional value.

The menstrual cup is available in two sizes

Size. 1 is generally recommended for women who have not given birth yet and size 2 if you have given birth.

Use

A pure natural product.

Unrefined shea butter is extracted without any kind of use of chemicals - it is basically the pure, cold-pressed shea butter.

However, this organic shea butter is filtered so that impurities are removed. This makes the shea butter lighter in colour.

Shea butter can be used with great advantage in skin care products. It can be used directly on the skin and is really good for dry and peeling skin.

Shea butter is super suitable for creams, ointments, lip balm, soaps, hair care etc.

Organic shea butter contains both E, D and F vitamins.

Shea butter has a melting point of approx. 40 degrees.

Washing cloths from Imse Vimse

Soft and practical washing cloths in organic cotton from Swedish Imse Vimse.

These are in the color black, which is a super practical color for those of you who hate stains:-)

Use the cloths for diaper changes, as handkerchiefs, for dirty children's fingers or as an alternative to paper towels.

They are also super suitable as an alternative to foam washcloths or wet wipes. Here they can possibly combine with wet bag when you are on the go.

The cloths are soft and comfortable and in a nice cotton flonnel.

And they are really durable. At the time of writing (August 2018), I have had my cloths (in white) for 5.5 years - and they still hold up so well.

This variant is completely neutral and is perfect for wounds and skin abrasions.

The plasters are made from organic bamboo fibers and contain no harmful chemicals that can seep into your open wound.

Rosin is used in the adhesive material itself, as this is a natural alternative that is extracted from resin from conifers, and precisely has an adhesive effect.

The patches are perfect for you with sensitive skin, as they do not irritate the skin. On the other hand, they allow the skin to breathe - even if you have a patch on.

The patches measure 8.5 cm. in length and 1.3 cm. in width.

These patches are plastic-free and compostable in nature. This means that they will form over time and thus enter nature's cycle again.

This does not mean that you should throw them into nature. It just means that nothing will happen to it if it happens:-)

Patch is a natural product. It therefore has a best before date, but can easily be used after this date, as the adhesiveness is not affected. The date indicates how long sterility can be guaranteed in the individual patch pack.

Fabric panty liners in organic cotton from Imse Vimse

Soft fabric panty liners in organic cotton from Imse Vimse.

This fabric panty liner is in the color Natural and in the size mini.

Mini can be used for mild bleeding or just as a panty liner.

A fabric panty liner is a great way to save the environment from unnecessary disposable plastic and waste, and at the same time do something good for yourself.

Because a fabric panty liner is super comfortable to have on.

The fabric panty liner allows your skin to breathe and feels fresh and natural against the skin.

The fabric panty liner measures 19 x 7 cm.

This thick panty liner is made up of 4 absorbent layers of organic cotton as well as a leak-proof layer of PUL.

The fabric panty liner has wings and closes with a press stud under the panty. Here there are two setting options.

The panty liners are OEKO-TEX certified. It is not a 100% guarantee for a chemical-free product, so please wash them a few times before use just to be safe.
The fabric may fluff a little at first, but these are just loose fibers that disappear in the wash. However, they can be removed with a scraper if they do not.

Wash your fabric panty liners

Please wash your fabric panty liners a few times before use.

When using:

Rinse/soak your fabric panty liners in cold water before washing them - possibly adding a little salt.

You can also rinse them in the washing machine - as long as the water is cold.

Then wash the panty liners at 60-90 degrees in the washing machine.

Avoid the tumble dryer as it wears out the PUL layer a lot.

If you have enough pads, you can wash them all at the same time.

2 packs of mini, 4 packs of normal and 2 packs of night are often enough for one menstruation.

This variant with Chamomile & Pine Needle is a mild and caring soap.

The soap is handmade from natural ingredients that add moisture to the skin and care for it during hand washing. The soap has a creamy and dense foam.

Smells beautifully of chamomile flowers and pine needles.

Pine needle oil and Chamomile are relaxing and antiseptic.

The coconut oil is antibacterial and very moisturizing.

The rapeseed oil nourishes and moisturizes the skin. The organic cold-pressed rapeseed oil has a naturally high content of vitamin E, which has a softening and protective effect on the skin.

The soap is cold stirred - i.e. produced in a process called cold saponification - a method that people have used for thousands of years. Cold-stirred soap makes the soap soft, creamy and gentle on the skin.

AsthmaAllergi Danmark recommends solid hand soaps without preservatives for the sample and sensitive skin.

How to use your heating pad from Terrible Twins

• The heating pad can be heated in the microwave for 2-3 minutes at 750 watts.
• It can also be heated in normal. oven for 10-15 minutes at 125°C.
• Always place the heating pad so that the fabric does not touch the sides of the oven/microwave.
• Pack the pad in a bag (preferably in fabric to avoid plastic) and put it in the freezer for an hour to make use of its cooling properties.

How to use your Kystnær shampoo

• Moisten the hair
• Move the bar around the hair until it foams
• Put the bar down and massage the hair and scalp
• Wash the hair until all the shampoo has been rinsed out
• Use Kystnær conditioner bar if needed
• Rinse the bar clean and store it dry

The bar lasts longer if it is allowed to dry between uses.

When blow-drying and styling:

1. Start with clean, towel-dried hair.

2. Spray the product evenly all over the hair.

3. Use a brush or comb to distribute the spray thoroughly and ensure optimal protection.

4. Style as desired with heat tools.

How to use essential oil for your laundry

• If you use soapberry, you can add a few drops to the cotton bag with soapberry, which must be the washing machine.
• If you use detergent in the "drawer", you can dilute the oil (1:10) with water and add it to the room with fabric softener.
• If the clothes are to be tumble-dried, you can add a few drops to your wool balls. Let them absorb the oil for 10-15 min, for the best result, before putting them in the dryer.

How to use your soap bar
Use the bar daily to maintain healthy and well-hydrated skin:
 

• Lather up: Wet the bar with water and lather it between your hands or rub it directly onto wet skin.

• Cleanse: Spread the creamy foam over your body and enjoy the fresh scent.

• Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with water.

Tip 1: If you want a more exfoliating effect, you can place the bar in a linen soap bag. This provides a natural and gentle massage for the skin.

Tip 2: To make your soap bar last as long as possible, we recommend letting it dry completely between uses – preferably on a loofah soap rest. The bar should not be stored in direct sunlight.

Fabric panty liners in organic cotton

Soft and delicious fabric pads - or panty liners if you like - for g-strings in organic cotton from Imse Vimse.

This fabric panty liner is black and fits a g-string panty.

The black color is quite practical in relation to any stains that you can hardly avoid over time.

A fabric panty liner is an extremely good way to save the environment from unnecessary disposable plastic and at the same time do something really good for yourself.

Because a sto panty liner is super comfortable to have on.

It allows your skin to breathe and feels much fresher and more natural against the skin than the disposable version.

The fabric panty liner measures 19 x 11.7 cm.

This fabric panty liner is made up of 3 absorbent layers of organic cotton as well as a layer of PUL, which makes it leak-proof.

The fabric panty liner has wings and closes with push button. Here there are two different setting options.

The fabric panty liner is OEKO-TEX certified. It is not a 100% guarantee for a chemical-free product, so please wash them a few times before use just to be safe.
The fabric may fluff a little at first, but these are just loose fibers that disappear in the wash. However, they can be removed with a scraper if they do not.

Wash your fabric panty liners

When using:

Rinse the fabric panty liners in cold water before washing them - possibly added a little salt.

You can also choose a cold rinse in the machine.

Then wash your fabric panty liners at 60-90 degrees in the washing machine.

Preferably avoid a tumble dryer, as it wears down the PUL layer a lot.

Cold-pressed organic rosehip seed oil from organic rosehip seeds.

Rosehip seed oil contains large amounts of essential fatty acids and is super good for dry and irritated skin.

You can also use it for burns, scars and stretch marks.

However, you should not use it for acne, as there are some concerns that it could worsen the condition.

Rosehip seed oil works really well in homemade makeup, but the oil is also widely used by massage therapists, as the oil has healing properties. Here, however, the oil should be used in a diluted version - approx. 10%.

The rosehip seed oil will stick a little on the skin if used undiluted.

Store cool and should not be exposed to sunlight.

Content: 30 ml.

A scrubbing bag from Hydrophil that together with a bar of soap scrubs the dead skin cells off the body.

The soap is put in the bag and will form a soft foam when you scrub.

Scrub the skin with circular movements.

Do not use the scrubbing bag for the skin on the face or neck. The skin is too fine for that.

When you have finished the scrubbing glove, it is important to rinse it thoroughly with water.

Afterwards it must dry up well again.

Do not use the bag to store your soap in. Sisal is a living material, so it will be attacked by bacteria if it is not allowed to dry up properly.

It is a really good idea to soak your sisal scrubbing bag in soapy water for approx. 10-15 min. every 14 days. Then it is rinsed thoroughly and hung to dry.

This gives the sisal scrubbing bag a very long shelf life.

The scrubbing bag is delivered without packaging, so please wash it in soapy water as described before use.

The bag measures 14 x 9 cm.

When your Sisal scrubbing bag can't take it anymore, you can cut it into smaller pieces and use it as a drain at the bottom of your flower pots:-) Otherwise, it can easily just get into the compost and compost from there.
