How to use a shampoo bar

• Treat your hair before you shower. In this way, you get loose hair removed so that it does not tangle when you massage the shampoo bar in.
• The hair is then made thoroughly wet. Run the bar around the scalp approximately 6-10 times. Make sure to get around the back of the head and the sides. It won't lather much yet, as the shampoo removes dirt and grime during the first wash
• Massage with your fingers around the scalp - you can add a little more water if you find it difficult to lather. You don't need to apply shampoo to the ends, as it actually wears the hair down unnecessarily.
• Rinse the hair well and make it soaking wet again. Massage the shampoo bar around the hair a second time. Here you can make do with fewer times around the hair, and it will foam up more and faster. Then rinse the hair thoroughly.
• Spread if necessary. the conditioner bar in the hair, and rinse afterwards. Let the leave the conditioner on for a few minutes as a hair treatment, and rinse.

Natural mineral sunscreen - SPF30
This versatile and natural mineral sunscreen has been developed for children and adults with sensitive skin. The sunscreen from Sol de Ibiza is based on non-nano zinc oxide as a sun filter, which provides safe sun protection against both UVA and UVB rays. Nano is a size designation. Non-nano zinc oxide means that the cream does not have particles so small that they penetrate the skin or are absorbed into the marine environment. The idea is really that you should not be able to see it at all once it holds the soap.

ZAO organic sunscreen, SPF 30

With SPF 50, which provides approx. 98% protection against the sun's harmful UVB rays.

If you want less protection than that, you can instead try this face sunscreen with SPF 30, which provides 95% protection against the sun's harmful rays.

The sun cream contains lots of nourishing and caring ingredients.

It is recommended for daily use during the summer months on both the face and neck.

And the sunscreen can be used by anyone over 3 years old.

The sunscreen contains plum oil, which is rich in omega 6 and 9 and which helps to keep your skin hydrated.

In addition, it contains silica, which stimulates the skin's collagen production.

The face sunscreen is water-repellent and contains a mineral-based sun filter that sits on top of the skin instead of penetrating and working with the skin chemically.

The sun filter does not leave white marks and does not harm the marine environment. It has been tested on coral reefs to ensure that it does not affect the way of life of the corals.

The sun cream has a bamboo lid like all other makeup from ZAO. However, it is not refillable.

This ZAO sunscreen is vegan and not tested on animals.

How to use your ZAO sunscreen

• Apply sunscreen liberally to your face and neck and neck before going out in the sun.
• Repeat application regularly every two hours. if you spend a lot of time in the sun.

Natural deodorant from Ben&Anna Japanese Cherry Blossom

All the ingredients are certified natural and vegan.

This variant is called Japanese Cherry Blossom and has a mild scent of cherry blossom.
It keeps you dry and odor-free all day and the nourishing shea butter takes care of your skin.

The deodorant is a Sensitive version. This means that it is without baking soda and is suitable for those with sensitive skin.

The cream deodorant contains 40 gr. This corresponds to approx. 2 months of daily use.

The deodorant's case is made from recyclable FSC-produced cardboard.

Traditional deodorants, which contain aluminum, will often block your pores in the skin, which is not very healthy. But these natural deodorants actually allow you to sweat. The cream deodorant instead absorbs your sweat and protects the skin against bacteria formation and odor, so you can safely rely on the effect.

How to use the natural deodorant from Ben&Anna

How to use your Kystnær shampoo

• Moisten the hair
• Move the bar around the hair until it foams
• Put the bar down and massage the hair and scalp
• Wash the hair until all the shampoo is rinsed out
• Use Kystnær conditioner bar if needed
• Rinse the bar clean and store it dry

The bar lasts longer if it is allowed to dry between uses.

The organic cold-pressed rapeseed oil is grown in Stevns and the BADA soaps are handmade in a micro-soap factory in Roskilde.
Size, color and fragrance may vary slightly.

Cold-pressed soapy organic rapeseed oil from Grønninggaard on Stevns, cold-pressed hemp seed oil from Vildbjerg in Central Jutland and ecocert certified saponified coconut oil – and nothing else.

A woman uses around 3500–3700 disposable pads and tampons over a 10-year period. With cloth pads that have a lifespan of approximately 10 years, you can make do with only 15–20 pads in the same period - depending on use, washing and bleeding.

You also get rid of bleaches, glues and perfumes, which many find cause itching, irritation and rashes. Cloth pads offer a clean, soft and durable solution for your period.

Sizes and quantities

Cloth pads from Women's Place are available in four sizes:

• 20 cm (panty liners)
• 25 cm (day pads)
• 30 cm (night pads)
• 40 cm (postpartum pads or longer night pads)

Most women use approximately 3–6 panty liners, 9–12 day pads and 3–6 night pads during a menstrual period, depending on how often they wash. If you are unsure, you can start with our starter pack, which contains three different sizes.

Material and construction

• 100% organic GOTS-certified cotton
• 4 layers of absorbent cotton
• 1 layer of PUL-coated fabric (waterproof)

This makes the pads as dense and absorbent as disposable pads, but without unnecessary chemicals.

Handling and use

1. Direction: The front has two vertical seams; the back is marked with “Women’s Place”. Place the back side down against the briefs, fold the wings under and close with buttons at the back. The top cotton­ layers should face the skin, while the PUL-coated layer should face down.

2. After use: Rinse off the worst blood in cold water under the shower if possible— it preserves the life of the bandage best. If you do not rinse immediately, you can put the bandage in a wetbag (waterproof and odorproof bag) until washing. A strong odor does not form when stored in a wetbag.

Washing cloth napkins

1. Pre-wash (cold rinse): If you have not already rinsed the napkins one at a time, you can put them directly in the washing machine on a cold rinse program or hand wash them under the shower.

2. Main wash (60 °C): Wash the bandages together with other household laundry at 60 °C.

   • Avoid bleaches and fabric softeners – these can damage both cotton and waterproof PUL.

3. Drying: Hang the bandages to air dry. Do not use a tumble dryer, as the heat can destroy the waterproof coating.

4. When the pads are completely dry, they are ready for reuse.
