• Brush your hair before taking a shower. This way, you remove loose hair so it does not tangle when you massage in the shampoo bar.

How does dishwasher salt work?
In every dishwasher, there is a so-called ion exchanger (water softener). The task of this device is to remove lime from the water so that you get "soft water" for washing. When the ion exchanger is saturated with lime, it must be cleaned – or "regenerated."

Dosage and Usage Instructions
To achieve the best washing results and avoid lime spots, always ensure that the dishwasher's salt reservoir is filled with regenerating salt. The machine typically indicates when it is running low on salt.

If possible
Because Sonett salt is completely pure and without additives, Sonett recommends a specific setting for optimal performance:

• You should set your dishwasher's water softening system to a hardness level that is 8°dH higher than your local water's actual hardness level.

Example: If your local water utility states that the water hardness is 12°dH, you should set your dishwasher to 20°dH. Refer to your machine's manual to learn how to adjust this.

How to use your reusable tea filter

Put your tea directly into the tea filter and tie it up. Use it as usual.

If food gets on your tea filter, you should also boil the filter for approx. 10 min.

Usage

Machine wash
White/colourfast clothes: Add 1-2 tbsp in the detergent drawer together with your detergent. Choose a programme ≥55 °C for full effect.

Soaking
Heavily soiled (white/colourfast): Dissolve 1-2 tbsp per 10 L of hot water (≥55 °C). Leave the clothes to soak, preferably overnight, then wash normally.

Note: Test colour fastness on a hidden area. Avoid prints at high heat.

Toilet (organic deposits/odours)
Pour a jug of hot water into the bowl, sprinkle 1-2 tbsp of PUER in. Wait at least 10 min (preferably overnight), brush and flush.

For heavy limescale: use a descaler with citric acid or white vinegar instead (do not use them together with PUER).

Drains (sink/kitchen/bath)
Sprinkle 1-2 tbsp into the drain, pour 1 mug of hot water over it. Wait at least 15 min, rinse with hot water.

Safe use & limitations

• Only activated in hot water (≥55 °C). Cold water does not dissolve and does not activate the powder.
• Not for wool, silk, bamboo viscose (bamboo fibres) or PUL coatings.
• Prints: Can be affected – avoid bleeding at high temperatures.

Is the water bottle leakproof in a school bag?
Yes, when the flip spout is folded completely down, it seals tightly so the water bottle stays leakproof. In certain cases, a small amount of liquid may remain in the straw when closed, which could leak out if the bottle is laid down flat. However, this should be minimal and can usually be avoided by tipping the bottle upside down briefly before placing it in the bag.

Is the straw easy to clean?

Chemical-free protection against moths in the wardrobe

These balls of red cedar wood (Juniperus virginiana) are a completely natural protection against the small moths that can find their way around your wardrobe.

Cedarwood is oily and emits a scent that we humans like quite a bit, but which moths, on the other hand, cannot tolerate, so a little cedar in the wardrobe will protect your clothes from the little criminals. These balls can, among other things, lie in drawers and smell nice.

If you put them in a drawer, put a piece of paper between the clothes and the wood, to protect the clothes from the oil from the wood. When the scent begins to fade, simply sand the balls lightly with a piece of sandpaper and they are ready again.

You need 2-5 pieces of cedar per wardrobe depending on how big it is. In drawers, two are plenty.

It is completely deliberate protection against moths, which does not contain boring chemicals and is also not made of endangered wood.

The balls are handmade in Germany from American cedar wood.

Palette knife wood

It makes good sense to use kitchen utensils made of wood.

Wood does not give off any harmful chemicals to your food and there is also no risk of it melting on the pan, as e.g. plastic can do when the temperatures get high.

The palette knife has rounded and soft edges and lies properly good in the hand.

And it also really decorates your kitchen.

The palette knife measures 30cm. in length and 5cm. in width.

The blade itself is sharpened at an angle so that the palette knife becomes sharp. This makes it easier to turn the food on the pan.

Maintenance of your wooden palette knife

The palette knife should be washed by hand.

It cannot be washed in a dishwasher or soaked. Not even if it just lies in a little bit of water.

So make sure to dry it as soon as possible.

Please give your palette knife regular cooking oil. It keeps it nicely shiny and makes it more resistant to water etc.

• Use only a small amount wool detergent without enzymes.
• Use washing bag, max 30 degrees and 800 revolutions.
