Rapeseed Tealight in Steel Holder - 1 pc
Care CandleCAC-20367
A cleaner indoor climate with rapeseed wax
When live candles burn, particles are emitted into the air. Tests and experiences show that candles cast from rapeseed wax belong among the absolute least particle-polluting light sources on the market. This makes them an obvious choice for consumers who wish to minimize soot in the home, but still desire the atmosphere that live candles create.
Rapeseed wax additionally has the property that it typically burns slower and thus longer than many other wax types.
Practical application and cleaning
Rapeseed wax is a soft material with a low melting point, making it extremely easy to handle in case of spills.
Unlike stearin, which can be difficult to remove from a tablecloth or tabletop, spilled rapeseed wax can easily be wiped up.
Cleaning
Wring out a cloth in warm water and wipe the wax away. There is rarely a need to scrape or freeze the material off.
Social-economic production
Care Candle produces their candles in a social-economic workshop. This means that when you buy this product, you support a workplace that creates a framework for people who, for various reasons, stand outside the ordinary labor market.

Rapeseed wax birthday candle - 0 years
RAPS RAPSRR-Y0
Tally candles made from rapeseed wax from Europe
Light up the birthday table with super fine and natural birthday candles made from 100% rapeseed wax from Europe. 5 cm. high-tout stick.
All Raps Rapeseed candles are made from 100% rapeseed wax, which comes from the rapeseed plants in the summer yellow fields that you see light up every summer in Denmark and Europe.
This means that the candles come from an existing production that does not take land from the rainforest, and the product is harvested very close to where the candles are lit. It's really durable.
The wick is made of unbleached, pure cotton.
Healthy candles from sustainable canola
You can buy natural candles from RAPS RAPS with a clear conscience - the canola wax from here is:
-
GMO- and rainforest-free
-
Not associated with problems with over-cultivation
-
Biodegradable
-
Not tested on animals
-
100% plant-based
-
Grown and produced in Denmark and Europe.
Rape wax is also a vegetable wax, and does not contain the same problematic particles as traditional candles, which unfortunately we often walk and inhale indoors when we enjoy ourselves the dark months.
And in the Nordics, we love to have fun indoors in the glow of candles – in fact so much so that we in Denmark have the world record. This is worth thinking about - and acting on!
