A Stasher Bag is a reusable and completely sealed silicone bag for storing your food, your toiletries and the like.
It is also brilliant for packed lunches.
A Stasher Bag can replace zip bags or the classic freezer bag and can be used thousands of times times.
Stasher Bags are made of pure platinum silicone, which is the absolute purest form of silicone. It is also called "liquid glass". You can safely store your food in it - including fatty and acidic ones.
Platinum-hardened silicone is primarily made of sand and oxygen. No fossil resources are therefore used in the production of Stasher Bags, nor resources that could otherwise be used for food production.
Stasher Bags can also withstand heating in the oven, microwave and sous vide pan.
The silicone bags are completely airtight when closed.
Also feel free to use Stasher Bags for freezing your food. The silicone bags are transparent and therefore give a good overview of the contents, while also saving a lot of space.
This Stasher Bag is a Sandwich version and measures 18 x 19 cm.
It can hold approx. 0.5 liters.
Stasher is an American B-Corp certified company. This certification means that good employee relations are maintained, the environment is treated properly and that the company is committed to society. Stasher's products are produced under responsible and good conditions in China, where Stasher himself makes sure to visit the factory to make sure that the conditions are as they should be.
As you have probably already discovered, Stasher Bags can be used for a great deal. Here are some tips for use in the oven, microwave, sous vide pot and freezer.
Stasher in the oven: Place your open bag on a baking tray and put it in the oven. We recommend heating at a maximum of 210 degrees. And leave the bag slightly open so that the steam can escape.Stasher in the microwave: Leave the bag open here too when you heat food in the microwave. If you are going to make popcorn, we recommend a Stasher Stand-up. It gives a little more space to pop.Stasher in Sous vide pot: Put the food in the bag and slowly lower it into the water. The heat causes the air to seep out of the bag and will create a vacuum around the food. Close the bag and make sure it is completely closed when it is in the water. Prepare as you normally would, but now completely without plastic.Stasher in the freezer: Use Stasher Bags to freeze your food in. They are brilliant for leftovers from dinner or for wet food such as fruit or meat. Stasher Bags do not take up much space in the freezer and since they are transparent, they provide a good overview.
Write on your Stasher Bag with a whiteboard pen. It comes off easily in the wash
Your Stasher Bag may be discolored by certain foods (tomato and the like). A little smell can also be transferred if you have used your stasher bag for strong foods. Both parts can be remedied with a little baking soda and lemon.
If they get a little discolored over time, you can use vinegar and baking soda to remove them, and if that doesn't work, we have another tip up our sleeve as well.
If you have Stasher bags in Clear or lighter versions, the best way to remove discoloration is to actually let the sun do the work. If you leave your bags out in the sun for a few hours or 3, the UV rays will work to remove the discolouration.
Of course, it requires that it is up in the sky.
You can also remove food smells by putting your stasher bags in the oven at 175 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Make sure they cool down again before handling them.
You can also soak them in hot water with a little vinegar and salt for an hour. It can also help.
And then the best tip is probably just to use it again and again and again :-)
Please put your Stasher bag in the dishwasher. It can easily withstand that.
Otherwise you can clean it by hand washing.
Stasher Bags are produced in China under proper conditions.

Biodegradable and gentle on the environment
The washing-up gel breaks down easily in nature and is certified with Ecogarantie – one of the most demanding environmental certifications in Europe.
Without phosphates, enzymes or petrochemicals
Safe for you, your dishes and your drains.
Use
Why is the dishwashing gel not made from 100% natural ingredients?
The gel currently contains a chelating agent that helps soften the water and remove other unwanted compounds. 85% of this substance is of natural origin and it is chemically modified to be as effective as possible.
The result is that in addition to Ca2+ and Mg2+ ions (the main compounds that cause water hardness) it can also remove Cu2+, Fe2+, Fe3+, Mn2+ and Zn2+ ions. These ions impair the appearance, taste, smell and color of the water (iron gives the water a rusty colour, manganese makes it brown or even black). The chelating agent is completely degradable and replaces a less effective EDDS agent.
What is the recommended water temperature?
If you use enzyme-free machine detergents - such as those from TIERRA VERDE - you must set the temperature to at least 40 °C.
The same principle applies to dishwashers and washing machines: We consider the environmental impact of raising the temperature to be significantly more acceptable than the impact by using synthetic and toxic agents. The financial cost of raising the temperature has been studied using a washing machine, where a temperature increase of 10°C increases the cost by 30 cents per load. wash.

Resource awareness & health in focus

Odds & Ends
Colorful home textiles – made from surplus materials from industry
When factories dye yarn for textile production, an extra stock is often made just in case – but much of this yarn ends up unused. Odds & Ends textiles are designed to make full use of these scraps and create endless, unexpected color combinations.
Collections & Colors
Odds & Ends collections are produced in batches. The factory collects surplus materials and uses these colors to create a new design, which is then put into production. The precise design is just the starting point – during production, some of the residual materials are used up and replaced with similar colors.
Therefore, the images you see are an indicative representation of how the textiles look, but there will be slight variations within each batch.
Colours may vary
As these textiles are produced in small batches from surplus materials, colors may vary. However, the general color palette is always preserved, so that textiles within the same color scale can be easily combined. The product you receive may be identical to or have slight variations compared to the images on this page. The duo set consists of one textile in primarily cold tones and one in primarily warm tones.
Washing and care instructions
All Odds & Ends textiles can be washed at 30°C in the washing machine's cotton program together with similar colours. To preserve the intensity of the colors, an organic detergent is recommended for colored washing.
To extend the life of the textiles, air drying is recommended, but terrycloth products such as soft towels – especially those with a velor surface – may benefit from an occasional tumble dryer on medium heat to soften the fibers without the use of chemical fabric softeners.
If you live in an area with chalky water, you can soften both your textiles and washing machine by adding citric acid or vinegar to the rinse cycle from time to time.
Loose Threads
This product is woven with terry loops to ensure a soft and absorbent quality. Newly woven terry loops can be more prone to loose threads, so be careful with jewelry when first worn.
If a thread should come loose, never pull it! Carefully cut it off with sharp scissors – this will prevent further loose threads and will not affect the woven structure of the textiles. After the first few washes, the fibers will become more resistant to snags.

Washing and care instructions
All Odds & Ends textiles can be washed at 30°C on the washing machine's cotton program with similar colors. To preserve the intensity of the colors, an organic detergent for colored laundry is recommended.
To prolong the life of the textiles, line drying is recommended, but terry products such as soft towels – especially those with a velour finish – can benefit from occasional tumble drying at medium heat to soften the fibers without the use of chemical fabric softeners.
If you live in an area with hard water, you can soften both your textiles and your washing machine by adding citric acid or vinegar to the rinse cycle from time to time.

The unique blend of antiseptic beeswax, tree resin, and organic jojoba oil prevents your loaves from dehydrating, while the matrix's inherent breathability ensures neither condensation nor mold can manifest. For those who love baking from scratch, this XL sheet delivers an outstanding dual function in the kitchen. Dust the wrap lightly with flour and employ it as a tightly contoured cover over your rising bowl or proofing basket during cold fermentation. You can also unfurl it entirely across your countertop to function as a clean, non-slip surface for rolling, shaping, or kneading active dough.
Simple cleaning and durable lifespan
Bee's Wrap is engineered to be a consistent companion within your kitchen routine. Once you have cleared the wrap of bread, simply shake off the remaining crumbs. If flour or food residue adheres, wash it by hand under entirely cool water with a small amount of mild dish soap. Avoiding hot water is critical, as heat will melt the wax formulation off the cotton fibers. Hang it to air dry on a rack or clothesline, then fold it away in your drawer – ready for the next fresh loaf. With proper care, the wrap will perform flawlessly for up to an entire year.
Zero waste footprint
When the wrap has completed its lifecycle after a year of consistent duty and no longer seals optimally, it leaves no waste trace behind. Because the product is crafted exclusively from GOTS-certified cotton and natural elements, you can slice it into strips and discard it directly into your backyard compost bin. Alternatively, the spent pieces function as fantastic, chemical-free fire starters for your wood stove, fireplace, or campfire.
How to Use
Center your loaf on the sheet and fold the corners tightly across the top. Utilize the warmth of your hands to gently press the material together for a few seconds. Your body temperature softens the beeswax blend, enabling the sheet to lock into place, establishing a protective barrier. Avoid exposing the wrap to raw meat or raw fish, as it cannot be washed at high temperatures for proper sanitation.

Please note that the bags are breathable. This means that wet food waste can evaporate and thereby reduce rotting and bad odours. We therefore recommend that you use a ventilated kitchen bin for the waste bags, so that together with the bags, it can ensure that the food waste evaporates. It is therefore important to empty the bag often, so that it does not remain with wet waste for too long.
The bags do not begin to compost simply with normal storage, but will lose their elasticity over time.

About bokashi bran
Bokashi Bran, also sometimes called compost yeast, is a mixture of molasses (sugar and water) and natural, beneficial microorganisms (lactic acid bacteria, yeasts, photosynthetic organisms, actinomycetes and enzyme-active fungi) which initiate the fermentation process and prevent decay in Bokashi the composter.
Once the fermentation process is complete, the organic waste retains all essential nutrients (especially nitrogen) that would otherwise be lost through decay. As a result, the fermented organic waste is an excellent base for first-class compost.
The set contains
2 x Essential buckets
1 x Essential stand
1 x 1 kg Bokashi bran
1 x Fermentation liquid tray
2 x Drain strainer
1 x Plunger
1 x Dosing shovel
