The thermo cup has a very good insulating ability, which means that the cup can keep drinks cold for 12 hours and iced for 36 hours. Iced means that if you fill the cup with ice and leave the thermos at room temperature, there will still be ice in the cup after 36 hours. If you don't use ice cubes in the cup, it will still be able to keep your favorite drink cold for 12 hours.
A AYA&IDA thermos cup is a spacious to-go cup with a straw and handle, which should probably take care of your liquid intake when you're on the go. Drink water, juice, smoothies and other cold drinks through the straw in the lid. If you want to use the cup for hot drinks instead, use the small opening in the lid.
