Heavy flow

The Flow 4 menstrual panty is made for heavy flow and provides extra security and comfort, regardless of whether you use it at night, postpartum or on days when you need both more coverage and high absorbency. At the same time, the material is soft and comfortable against the skin.

Flow 4 is the most absorbent menstrual panty, but do you really know how much you bleed?

Few people have a complete grasp of it (unless you are used to using a menstrual cup), as even a small amount of blood can seem like a lot when it hits the toilet. With us, moderate flow means approximately the same as 1-2 ordinary tampons, corresponding to around 15-20 ml of blood.

If you bleed very heavily, i.e. e.g. need to change pads every/every two hours, then we would recommend that you combine your menstrual panties with a disc or menstruationskop.

Washing instructions

How to use your OrganiCup Mini

• Make sure to boil your menstrual cup before use. Both the very first time you use it and before each new menstrual cycle
• Wash your hands thoroughly
• Fold the cup like a C or by folding it down on one side as shown here:
• Insert the OrganiCup folded into the vagina until the stem is no longer visible from the outside. The cup will unfold inside you.
• If you are unsure whether your OrganiCup has unfolded, you can feel around the bottom of the menstrual cup. It should feel round and not have bumps.

Removing your OrganiCup Mini

• Make sure your OrganiCup is emptied after 12 hours.
• Wash your hands thoroughly
• Gently lift the stem until you can feel the bottom of the cup.
• Pinch the bottom of the cup or before your index finger up the side of the cup to break the vacuum and take it out
• Don't pull the stem all the way out. It is important that you break the vacuum
• Empty the cup in the toilet and rinse it. If you do not have access to water, you can use an OrganiWipe instead to disinfect it

NOTE: If you have inserted an IUD, be aware that the vacuum can in rare cases move your IUD. It is therefore important that you break the vacuum before pulling out your OrganiCup.

OrganiWipes

OrganiWipes are disinfecting wet wipes that you can use to clean your OrganiCup.

They are especially smart where you don't have access to water.
