The bottles and cups from 24Bottles with the many colorful patterns may get normal wear or patina over time, after e.g. to have been in the bag. However, this does not affect the quality at all, not even if they are definite dents.
If you want to avoid scratches in the paintwork, we recommend finding a color you like from those that have a Stone, Steel or Hammertone Finish. They will not be scratched.
The drinking bottle should be cleaned by hand - possibly with this bottle cleaner.
