Do I need a nature table to use the tree?

First a tractor, then a tower
The blocks sit loosely on two pegs on the base, and that is where the play is. They can be stacked in the order they came in or in a completely different one, and shared between the two pegs however the child likes - and for a child of eighteen months, getting the block onto the peg is a task in itself.
