Flow Gua Sha is a beauty tool shaped like a fish from the Danish brand Calmlish. A perfect beginner Gua Sha.

This version is with the crystal Obsidian, which is for those of you who feel stressed and spend many hours in front of a screen.

Obsidian is said to provide extra protection against radiation and pollution. It is a volcanic stone good against stress - and it is known to many as "dragon glass" in the series Game and Thrones.

What is a Gua Sha?

Gua Sha [pronounced "gwa sja"] is a traditional Chinese healing tool that has been used in China for many, many thousands of years. Gua means "to scratch" and Sha means "red spots/redness".

With a Gua Sha tool and Gua Sha techniques you scrape the skin to remove waste products, accumulated lymph fluid, tension and pain.

It is an easy and effective treatment that stimulates the lymph and blood circulation and gives immediate effect and a more harmonious and relaxed appearance. Sha is an easy and quick Gua Sha facial for facial massage, lymphatic drainage, muscle relaxation and acupressure.

How to use your Flow Gua Sha:

Gua Sha massage is an easy and effective self-treatment technique that can be easily and safely performed at home. You will quickly see visible results.

However, it is important that you use a balm or an oil with your Gua Sha tool. If you want a good oil for your Flow Gua Sha, which is not greasy, you can find our delicious, organic jojoba oil right here.The Flow Gua Sha has the shape of a fish with different sides and ends for different treatments:

- The side of the fish is for lymphatic drainage and lifting.

- The head is for going deep in case of muscle tension, and for a light drainage around the eyes.

- The tail is for the edge of the jaw, cheekbones and eyebrows.

- The tips of the tail are used for acupressure and to work in zig zags in the wrinkles to increase blood circulation in the area and thereby skin renewal.

It is not recommended to use a Gua Sha if you have the following:

• Sunburned skin
• Fungus
• Inflamed skin
• Wounds
• Damaged skin
• Skin cancer
• Swollen lymph glands
• Disease
• Fever

How to cleanse you your Gua Sha:

As they say that crystals carry an energy, it is important that they are cleaned optimally if you want to get the best properties out of them.
You can put your crystal Gua Sha for cleaning in a salt bath made of 3 dl of water and 1 tablespoon of sea salt in 1-24 hours.
You then rinse off the salt with cold water before using it again.
You can also wash it in soap if you want to be sure that any bacteria are completely gone. Always rinse with cold water.

Which crystal should you choose?

The crystals from Calmlish come from many different countries; eg Australia, Brazil, Madagascar, India, Canada and China. Their various properties are based on thousands of years of experience, but they are not scientifically documented.

The crystals perform, in this context, the same "skin care work", therefore in principle you can easily choose the crystal that you think is nicest and attracts you the most. But you can also choose according to the properties the crystals are said to have.

Our organic soap bar with Manuka honey is made from 100% natural ingredients. It is worth highlighting the Manuka honey, which is completely unique. This unique honey is produced by bees that harvest the nectar from the Manuka bushes. The Manuka bush is a wild-growing bush that can be found everywhere in nature in New Zealand.

However, the bush only blooms four weeks a year, which means that the supply of this unique honey is significantly limited. Manuka honey is also unique due to its high content of Methylglyoxal (MGO), which has a completely unique antibacterial effect.

The honey has a number of documented therapeutic and healing properties. These properties mean that it is used in many hospitals, also in Denmark. Use

Shampoo:
Moisturize the hair. Run the bar around the hair until it foams. Put the bar away and massage your hair and scalp. Wash hair until all shampoo is rinsed out. Use Kystnær conditioner bar if needed. The bar should dry out between uses. Kystnær shampoo bar can be used for approx. 30-40 hair washes.

Hair treatment:
Moisten the bar and run it through wet hair in the lengths and ends. Let sit 4-5 minutes. Wash the hair until all the hair conditioner has been rinsed out. The bar must dry out between uses, please place it on a loofah sponge. Does not tolerate direct sunlight.

Soap bar:
