How to use your organic Highlighter
- Apply your ZAO highlighter with a good brush. We recommend a blush brush, which you can find here
- Apply highlighter to the areas of the face that you want to highlight: the cheekbones, the temples, the tip of the nose or the arch of the lips. Avoid the t-zone.
- The highlighter can also be used as an eyeshadow. It is especially good just under the eyebrows, where it opens up the face a little more.
- Use circular movements when applying your highlighter
We recommend that you remove your makeup with cotton pads such as these and possibly also with a little this cleansing oil. It is super effective.
What does your ZAO highlighter contain?
This organic highlighter contains i.a. bamboo powder. Bamboo powder contains a lot of silica, which moisturizes and regenerates your skin. It prevents your skin from starting to shine.
In addition, this highlighter also contains organic linseed oil, which nourishes and moisturizes your skin.

That only 11% of the ingredients in this ZAO product is organic, connected to the fact that the highlighter contains a lot of minerals. And they cannot be grown organically.
Please note that this highlighter contains a small amount of hypoallergenic natural perfume. In this case it is vanilla extract. The fragrance is added because some of the oils can otherwise give off a slightly unpleasant smell.
