A tea cosy keeps the pot warm, so the last cup tastes as good as the first. This tea cosy from The Organic Company is sewn from GOTS-certified organic cotton, with an insulating filling that is also organic cotton.

The shape is inspired by a Japanese hat and stands like a small sculpture on the table. The top is finished with a grosgrain ribbon, and the fabric is woven in a piqué designed by Laura Ruscillo.

The cosy measures 36x30 cm and fits over most teapots. The colour Dark Blue Stone is a deep, muted blue.

Good to know about tea cosies
