Maintenance of your woolen duvet from Cocoon Company
A woolen duvet should not be washed. The lanolin in the wool is because the lanolin in the wool is important for the duvet's temperature-regulating function - and the lanolin is quietly washed out by the duvet when it is washed.
On the other hand, it is a super good idea to air the duvet regularly. It is good for the humidity in the duvet and for the lightness. If you can air it out in freezing weather, it is the absolute best thing you can do.

What is a Gua Sha?

How to cleanse you your Gua Sha:
As they say that crystals carry an energy, it is important that they are cleaned optimally if you want to get the best properties out of them.
You can put your crystal Gua Sha for cleaning in a salt bath made of 3 dl of water and 1 tablespoon of sea salt in 1-24 hours.
You then rinse off the salt with cold water before using it again.
You can also wash it in soap if you want to be sure that any bacteria are completely gone. Always rinse with cold water.
Which crystal should you choose?
The crystals from Calmlish come from many different countries; eg Australia, Brazil, Madagascar, India, Canada and China. Their various properties are based on thousands of years of experience, but they are not scientifically documented.
The crystals perform, in this context, the same "skin care work", therefore in principle you can easily choose the crystal that you think is nicest and attracts you the most. But you can also choose according to the properties the crystals are said to have.

What is pour over coffee?
Pour over coffee brewing is really just coffee brewing as it was done in the good old days.
In other words, where you pour your boiled water directly over coffee in a funnel.
The coffee tastes fantastic this way. It will be round and soft and in no way bitter.
You just have to make sure that your water is between 92 and 96 degrees, to use good organic coffee beans and preferably coffee beans that are freshly ground.
And then you can also choose to wet the filter with the boiled water before you pour the coffee in and discard the water. If, then, you think the time is right - it is not a necessity.
When you pour the water over the coffee, you can advantageously use circular movements so that all the coffee gets wet. Please give the water time to run through.
How to use your Chemex coffee maker
The Chemex coffee maker is quite cleverly designed, as you have both a coffee funnel and a jug in one.
Therefore, you simply put the filter in the top, pour coffee in and pour water over it.
The coffee filter is held in place by the funnel. and stays where it needs to be.
