Here you get 10 pcs. completely natural, hand-dipped birthday candles for the layer cake made from pure beeswax from Grøn Voks Pulje - i.e. wax that originates from bee farms where neither pesticides nor antibiotics are used.
They are so nice in all their simplicity and naturalness - and a much better light for the environment. Beeswax candles are a natural and chemical-free alternative to candles made of stearin and paraffin.
This product is handmade in Aarhus, among others. of vulnerable citizens. Minor variations may therefore occur in the individual products. It has no effect on the quality of the light.
BISTAD is a social economy company where there is always room for "the weird". We clearly support that at Økofamily.
The candles have a diameter of 5 mm. and originates from beeswax collected from local beehives distributed over Central Jutland - beeswax from Grøn Voks Pulje.
They have a burning time of around 15 minutes.
When you buy these beeswax candles, you make an important difference:
- for vulnerable citizens
- for the honey bee
- for your indoor climate
- for nature
- for CO2 released
- for yourself and your loved ones
How to use your beeswax candle correctly and safely
- Continuously cut the wick down - this way the candle burns best and slowly, and you avoid the candle sooting.
- At the same time, you must avoid drafts in the room where the light is stands.
- The wick should burn up by itself, but if a small piece falls off and lands in the light, it reduces the quality of the firewood.
Furthermore, pay attention to the fire authorities' instructions for burning candles:
- Never leave a lighted candles.
- Always place lit candles so that children and animals cannot knock them over.
- Always supervise candles.
- Always turn off candles when you go to bed or leave the home.
- Calves must be placed well away from fluttering curtains.
- Never have candles in children's rooms.
- Candles (especially tealights) can float out and begin to burn
- Do not blow out light, but smother the flame. For example with a pot that is placed over the candle(s) with the bottom in the air.

Reusable gift wrap - Leaves
ViSSEVASSEVIV-03096
Gift paper that can be used again and again ..
We use more than 800 tons of gift paper every Christmas in Denmark alone. Then think of all the wrapping paper that is used in addition - for the nephew's christening, grandmother's birthday and all the confirmations. This is the wrapping paper you can use again and again. Together we can make a difference in the consumption of wrapping paper and perhaps influence others to do the same when they receive a reusable wrapping paper. It's one more step away from the use-and-throw-away culture.
EVERWRAP is a reusable gift wrap in sheets that cannot be torn. Tape can be carefully removed without making marks, and there are no white lines after folds. In other words - it can be reused countless times. The gift wrap is produced in a very durable material that feels like luxury paper, but is made of 100% plastic without chemical binders.
The sheet measures 44x63 cm, and there are prints on both sides of the gift wrap.
Swan-labelled printing house
The gift wrap is produced in a Swan-labelled Danish printing house. The Nordic Ecolabel is one of the world's toughest and most ambitious environmental certifications. The Nordic Ecolabel provides, among other things, high requirements for the use of chemistry and energy in the printing house's production. The Nordic Ecolabel also ensures that the paper comes from responsible sources.
