Bee's Wrap reusable beeswax bread bag

Bee's Wrap

BEE-63315

Bread bag - Bee's wrap
With the Bee's Wrap reusable bread bag, you experience a thoroughly engineered, innovative, and entirely plastic-free solution for your baked goods. Every passionate home baker understands that premium bread requires the exact right storage conditions to minimize food waste.

Packing bread into an airtight plastic bag generates rapid condensation that destroys the crust texture and invites mold within days. Conversely, keeping it in a paper bag or leaving it uncovered allows air circulation to dry out the crumb in no time. This beeswax bread bag addresses the kitchen's biggest preservation hurdle by establishing the absolute ideal microclimate on your countertop.

Balanced humidity via a specialized beeswax lining

The core mechanism behind maximum shelf-life lies within the bag’s unique dual-layer construction. The external layer is crafted from soft, durable organic cotton, while the internal lining is coated with Bee's Wrap’s panted compound of antiseptic beeswax, organic jojoba oil, and natural tree resin.

This matrix operates as an all-natural, protective barrier that maintains perfectly balanced ambient humidity. Your artisan sourdough, ciabatta, and rye loaves retain their moist interior and crisp exterior precisely the way fine bread was meant to be stored.

Simple daily maintenance and excellent drawstring closure
This functional bread bag is equipped with a robust drawstring at the top, rendering daily handling exceptionally quick and completely secure.

Maintenance demands minimal effort: when the bag requires clearing, simply turn it inside out and hand-wash the internal wax lining under entirely cool water with a small drop of mild dish soap. Avoiding hot water and hot foods is imperative, as high heat will melt the wax formulation off the cotton fibers. Allow the bag to air dry, and it is instantly prepared for your next fresh batch of baked goods.

How to Use
Place your cooled bread or rolls directly into the bag, pull the drawstring tight, and leave the bag on your countertop or inside your bread box. The bag measures 38 x 30 cm, providing ample volume for most standard loaf profiles. For proper sanitation, the bag must be utilized exclusively for baked goods and never exposed to raw meat or raw fish.

Ingredients
Outer layer: GOTS-certified organic cotton.
Internal lining: Organic cotton, natural beeswax, organic jojoba oil, tree resin.

Beeswax bread bag - Orchard - Large

Beeswax bread bag - Orchard - Large

Little Bee Fresh

LBF-44215

Beeswax Bread Bag – Orchard Meadow
Your premium bakery loaf or homemade sourdough bread deserves better than being tucked away in a tight plastic bag or a dry tea towel. Plastic bags seal in food too tightly, which accumulates moisture and accelerates mold, while classic fabric bags let the bread breathe so much that the crumb dries out in less than a day.

With this bread bag from Little Bee Fresh, you get the uncompromising and natural balance that regulates moisture precisely, allowing you to reduce food waste in your daily routine.

Handcrafted quality with the perfect moisture balance
The bread bag is lovingly made by hand at a family-run workshop near Lake Constance, where a mother and daughter, both passionate beekeepers, have perfected the old, traditional recipe.

The secret behind the bag's ability to keep bread fresh is that the organic beeswax is pressed deep into the fabric's fibers – not simply sprayed onto the surface. By combining the beeswax with natural tree resin, the bag achieves fantastic flexibility and robustness, ensuring it does not crack or lose its function, even after many uses.

Hygienic storage for your entire week of baked goods
With its spacious 25 x 32 cm format (Large), this bread bag is ideal for large sourdough loaves, wheat bread, rye bread, or a batch of crisp buns. The design with external seams makes the bag extremely hygienic, as crumbs do not get stuck on the inside.

After use, simply turn the bag inside out, shake off the crumbs, and wipe it down with a damp cloth and cold water – then it is ready again.

Certified peace of mind in the kitchen
When you store your food components in beeswax wraps from Little Bee Fresh, you can do so with complete peace of mind. The bag is lab-tested and fully certified for food contact under the strict European LFGB standards (EG 1935/2004).

It is guaranteed free from pesticide residues, ensuring no unwanted chemicals transfer to your food. The bag can also be used for safe freezing of bread and lasts 1-2 years with proper care.

Stasher Back silicone bag - Sandwich - Clear

Stasher

STA-12592

What is a Stasher Bag?

A Stasher Bag is a reusable and completely sealed silicone bag for storing your food, your toiletries and the like.

It is also brilliant for packed lunches.

A Stasher Bag can replace zip bags or the classic freezer bag and can be used thousands of times times.

Stasher Bags are made of pure platinum silicone, which is the absolute purest form of silicone. It is also called "liquid glass". You can safely store your food in it - including fatty and acidic ones.

Platinum-hardened silicone is primarily made of sand and oxygen. No fossil resources are therefore used in the production of Stasher Bags, nor resources that could otherwise be used for food production.

Stasher Bags can also withstand heating in the oven, microwave and sous vide pan.

The silicone bags are completely airtight when closed.

Also feel free to use Stasher Bags for freezing your food. The silicone bags are transparent and therefore give a good overview of the contents, while also saving a lot of space.

This Stasher Bag is a Sandwich version and measures 18 x 19 cm.

It can hold approx. 0.5 liters.

Stasher is an American B-Corp certified company. This certification means that good employee relations are maintained, the environment is treated properly and that the company is committed to society. Stasher's products are produced under responsible and good conditions in China, where Stasher himself makes sure to visit the factory to make sure that the conditions are as they should be.

How to use your Stasher Bag

As you have probably already discovered, Stasher Bags can be used for a great deal. Here are some tips for use in the oven, microwave, sous vide pot and freezer.

Stasher in the oven: Place your open bag on a baking tray and put it in the oven. We recommend heating at a maximum of 210 degrees. And leave the bag slightly open so that the steam can escape.Stasher in the microwave: Leave the bag open here too when you heat food in the microwave. If you are going to make popcorn, we recommend a Stasher Stand-up. It gives a little more space to pop.Stasher in Sous vide pot: Put the food in the bag and slowly lower it into the water. The heat causes the air to seep out of the bag and will create a vacuum around the food. Close the bag and make sure it is completely closed when it is in the water. Prepare as you normally would, but now completely without plastic.Stasher in the freezer: Use Stasher Bags to freeze your food. They are brilliant for leftovers from dinner or for wet food such as fruit or meat. Stasher Bags do not take up much space in the freezer and since they are transparent, they provide a good overview.

Tips for Stasher Bags

Write on your Stasher Bag with a whiteboard pen. It comes off easily in the wash

Your Stasher Bag may be discolored by certain foods (tomato and the like). A little smell can also be transferred if you have used your stasher bag for strong foods. Both parts can be remedied with a little baking soda and lemon.

If they get a little discolored over time, you can use vinegar and baking soda to remove them, and if that doesn't work, we have another tip up our sleeve as well.

If you have Stasher bags in Clear or lighter versions, the best way to remove discoloration is to actually let the sun do the work. If you leave your bags out in the sun for a few hours or 3, the UV rays will work to remove the discolouration.

Of course, that requires it to be out in the sky.

You can also remove food smells by putting your stasher bags in the oven at 175 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Make sure they cool down again before handling them.

You can also soak them in hot water with a little vinegar and salt for an hour. It can also help.

And then the best tip is probably just to use it again and again and again :-)

Cleaning your Stasher Bag

Please put your Stasher bag in the dishwasher. It can easily withstand that.

Otherwise you can clean it by hand washing.

Stasher Bags are produced in China under proper conditions.
