Is the insulated water bottle dishwasher safe?
No, the bottle must be washed by hand. High heat and harsh detergents in a dishwasher can damage the exterior powder coating and degrade the double-wall vacuum seal over time. Simply wash it using a bottle brush, warm water, and mild soap.

Does the bottle fit in a standard cup holder?
Yes, with a slender diameter of Ø6.8 cm, the bottle fits into most standard cup holders in cars, gym equipment, and bikes.

Can I use the sports lid for hot drinks?
We recommend exercising caution with piping hot drinks, as drinking hot liquids through a straw can easily cause burns. For very hot liquids, we advise switching to a classic screw cap instead.

Should you unexpectedly wish to return your purchase, we offer a problem-free return process. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your order. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
