Cleaning sponge from Sonett.
The soft side of the sponge is made of natural cellulose from wood fibers and the rough side is made of sisal fibers and recycled PET.
You can use the cleaning sponge with a clear conscience. It has a high durability and can be used again and again, as it can also be washed at 60° C.
The sponge is effective for most coarse cleaning work - both inside and outside. For the very stubborn tasks in the kitchen, however, I would recommend a metal pot sponge.

Sonett is a German company which, since 1977, has produced washing and cleaning products of the highest quality. They use only biodegradable raw materials, 100% organic or biodynamic oils and essential oils.
Ingredients: Sponge: 100% cellulose, scouring surface: 60% sisal, 40% recycled PET, adhesive: polyurethane glue.
The sponge itself is made of cellulose as well as cotton and sisal fibers and is 100% degradable.
The scrubbing surface contains recyclable PET in a combination with 60% sisal.
Éa sponge, which weighs approx. 12g, thus contains 1.6g of recyclable PET, which is not 100% degradable.
The recyclable PET is necessary to achieve a satisfactory scrubbing surface.

Copper cloth for cleaning
A copper cloth can handle (pretty much) everything and is the perfect alternative to the well-known brightly colored scouring sponges in polyester and nylon, which release a lot of microplastics into our aquatic environment.
It does not scratch, as copper is a soft metal that does not grind.
It must not be used on Teflon and non-stick surfaces, but can easily clean enamel, ceramic glass, porcelain, glass, sinks, ovens, stainless steel, pots and pans.
You can also remove rust from e.g. cutlery.
It has a double layer and therefore has an extra long shelf life. In addition, it can go in the washing machine at 60°C, but it must be in a laundry bag or sock.
