Allow the bag to air dry, and it is instantly prepared for your next fresh batch of baked goods.
How to Use
Place your cooled bread or rolls directly into the bag, pull the drawstring tight, and leave the bag on your countertop or inside your bread box. The bag measures 38 x 30 cm, providing ample volume for most standard loaf profiles. For proper sanitation, the bag must be utilized exclusively for baked goods and never exposed to raw meat or raw fish.

The soft side of the sponge is made of natural cellulose from wood fibers and the rough side is made of sisal fibers and recycled PET.
You can use the cleaning sponge with a clear conscience. It has a high durability and can be used again and again, as it can also be washed at 60° C.
The sponge is effective for most coarse cleaning work - both inside and outside. For the very stubborn tasks in the kitchen, however, I would recommend a metal pot sponge.
