How to use the toothpaste
Put a small amount of toothpaste - approx. the size of a little fingernail - on your toothbrush.
Brush thoroughly for 2 minutes
Make sure to spit out the toothpaste again

Aqua (Water), Hydrated Silica, Glycerin, Hydrogenated Starch Hydrolysate, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Erythritol, Lauryl Glucoside, Aroma (Fragrance), Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid, Sodium Fluoride, Alcohol, Mentha Arvensis (Peppermint) Leaf Oil, Stevia Rebaudiana Extract, Limonene, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate.
Be aware that the fragrance is from essential oils, which can be allergenic even though they are completely natural.
