What is a menstrual disk?

Removal: Grasp the “handle” or squeeze the edge lightly to break the seal. Pull out the disc, empty the contents into the toilet, rinse it with clean water and insert again if necessary.
Cleaning: After each cycle, boil the disc for 2–3 minutes and let it air dry on a clean surface. Then store it dry and away from direct sunlight.
