Wool duvets in organic merino wool
A wool duvet from the Cocoon Company is really a wool duvet in a special class. The wool is carded into small soft clouds of wool fibres, which make these duvets some of the softest you can imagine. Our wool comforters are made from the finest organic merino wool from South American merino sheep and sewn into a GOTS certified organic soft cotton. The wool duvets are produced in the EU.
Why a wool duvet?
Wool is a super effective temperature-regulating material.
It transports moisture away from the body when it gets too hot - and thus ensures that you won't freeze.
These are fantastic properties in a bed environment, where for good reason you are not completely aware of your body temperature - unless you wake up from it.
It is primarily the lanolin in the wool that absorbs it. the moisture - the outside of the quilt feels damp. And it is also lanolin that prevents the duvet from smelling of sweat when in use.
Lanolin has antibacterial properties and creates an environment that house dust mites cannot live in either.

The duvets are available for baby, junior, adult and adult with extra length.
The medium version is a standard thickness that is very well suited to the Danish weather all year round.
However, if you have problems keeping warm at night, a heavy version will be a super good choice for you.
