Bamboo can be harvested several times a year and absorbs large amounts of Co2 during its lifetime. And it is both stronger and lighter than wood.
The bamboo knife is reusable and 100% biodegradable.
Washing and maintenance of your bamboo knife
The knife is dishwasher safe but will fade over time as it is a 100% natural material.
However, we recommend washing it by hand with a little mild detergent if you want to take extra good care of it and have it as long as possible.
The bamboo knife also benefits from a little oil in between. There you just use what you have in the kitchen drawers. Olive oil, rapeseed oil or similar.
