The thermos cup has very good insulation, which means that the cup can keep drinks cold for 12 hours and iced for 36 hours.

Iced means that if you fill the cup with ice and leave the thermos cup at room temperature, there will still be ice in the cup after 36 hours. If you do not use ice cubes in the cup, it will still be able to keep your favorite drink cold for 12 hours.

The cup is laboratory certified to meet LFGB (food safety). You therefore don't have to worry about BPA, hormone-disrupting substances or other harmful chemicals.

The cup is dishwasher safe.

A AYA&IDA thermos cup is a spacious to-go cup with a straw and handle, which should probably take care of your liquid intake when you're on the go. Drink water, juice, smoothies and other cold drinks through the straw in the lid. If you want to use the cup for hot drinks instead, use the small opening in the lid. A really nice thing is that an extra straw is included with the cup.

Smart feature: The lid can be screwed on, in 2 ways, so that both right- and left-handed people can enjoy the cup.

AYA&IDA the thermos cup is made of first-class stainless steel 18/8, while the lid itself is made of Tritan. The straw is made of platinum silicone and all materials are free of harmful chemicals. The cup is laboratory certified to meet the LFGB (certificate for food safety). You therefore don't have to worry about BPA, hormone-disrupting substances or other harmful chemicals. The color is powder coated. It gives a rough look and a more durable colour.

The cup is dishwasher safe.

If DAO does not meet anyone at the recipient's address, the shipment will be sent to the address. The recipient receives information about this.

GLS business delivery: DKK 59.00
The package is delivered to the business address between 8:00 and 16:00. If GLS does not find anyone at the recipient's address, the package is re-delivered the following weekday, after which the package is delivered to the nearest parcel shop.
If the package is not picked up within 7 calendar days, GLS will return the package to the sender.

Should you unexpectedly wish to return your purchase, we offer a problem-free return process. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your order. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. To make use of your right of cancellation, you must send an email to shop@okofamilien.dk, in which you expressly notify that you wish to cancel the purchase, or parts of the purchase. Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. Please note that products must be returned in their original condition and packaging in order to be entitled to a full refund.
