How to use your tongue scraper
- Use the tongue scraper both morning and night - before you brush your teeth
- Stretch your tongue out as far as you can so that you can reach as far into the tongue as possible.
- Scrape with a slight forward pressure 6-7 times
- Remember to also scrape the sides of the tongue
- Rinse the scraper after each scraping
- Please rinse the mouth with water and spit out
Copper can naturally tarnish over time. It is a completely natural process and does not impair the properties of the copper.
