All the baking mats are made of platinum silicone, which is the absolute purest form of silicone. It is also called medical silicone or liquid glass". They are made of 100% pure, liquid platinum silicone of the LSR type. You can safely use platinum silicone for food products, as it does not emit any unwanted substances and at the same time it is very versatile in use and can withstand both very low temperatures as well as high, in fact it is completely from -60°C to +230°C.
