Essential oils

What are essential oils?
Essential oils are concentrated, aromatic plant extracts that have been used for centuries for cosmetic, naturopathic and religious purposes. Today, they are still used in a wide range of products in cosmetics, perfumes, skin care, aromatherapy, food and much more. The vegetable oils typically come from nuts and kernels, where the oil is mechanically pressed out either by cold or hot pressing.
