Reusable masks

Organic masks and sustainable masks

Masks must NOT lie floating in nature, and they must not expose us to boring chemistry either.

Masks are unfortunately here to stay for quite a while, and it seems that we will now be covering our mouths and noses with these masks for up to many hours a day.

That is why we also think it is important to take respect for both ourselves, our loved ones and nature.

Preferably no disposable masks and preferably no chemicals that we can walk and inhale, right?

It has been very important to us to find some really good, chemical-free, plastic-free, organic and sustainable masks for you in natural materials.

It has been difficult to find the right product that caters for everything, but we have now finally got some really good reusable masks here in the shop.

Fabric mask - Rose - upcycled textile - 1 pc.

Pargaard

PAR-00406

Handkerchiefs made of recycled and chemical-free fabric

It has long been on our minds to be able to offer you the very best handkerchiefs.

And in every imaginable way, it makes good and healthy sense when you empty a huge stock of discarded fabric from a steam cleaner and transform the material into a handkerchief.

That is exactly what Danish Pargaard has done. And that's why we can now offer you this 3-layer fabric mask, which you can use in the protection against Corona infection with a clear conscience.

The fiber composition in the discarded fabric has previously been tablecloths or bed linen, and the vast majority is cotton, but it can also be a cotton/polyester mixture.

The fabric has of course been washed thoroughly under Swan-labelled conditions.

This simple and discreet Pargaard mask is pink on one side and white on the other side, so you can choose which color should be visible.

The elastic is very soft and makes the mask comfortable to wear for a long time.

The fit can be slightly adjusted by twisting the elastics half a turn or giving them a knot.

The mask is not sewn with pleats, and therefore cannot, in terms of fit, be compared to disposable masks, where the fit can also be can be adjusted by pulling out the folds.

The mask can be washed at 60 degrees. Should be washed in a washing bag.

Tip: If you do not want to store the masks in a plastic bag after use or, for example, while you are sitting down in the café, we highly recommend wet bagsor stasher bags for the purpose.

NOTE! For reasons of hygiene - and especially due to the risk of Corona infection, according to our trading conditions, there is no right of withdrawal on these masks, and they are therefore not taken back.

These masks are produced in Denmark in a social economy factory.

The fabric is completely free of synthetic material - it has previously been tablecloths or bedding etc. Eq. and it has been washed under Swan-labelled conditions. It has been washed again and again and again.

So even if it is not organic cotton, we can almost guarantee that everything that could have been from boring chemistry is now completely and utterly gone.

And then it just makes the best sense to upcycle a discarded product instead of producing a new one. We think it's a win win - both for you and for nature. But hopefully not for Corona ;-)

NOTE: The fabric mouthguards are not personal protective equipment or medical equipment, nor CE approved and therefore do not protect as these products do.
