Puer is an oxygen-based bleach and stain remover - which also degreases and disinfects.

What can you use puer for?

Puer can be used for so many different things in the household.

For example, use it as:

• Bleach when you wash white - add 1-2 tbsp. together with your detergent
• Soaking very dirty clothes (white and colourfast) - 1-2 tbsp. for 10 liters of water
• Cleaning the toilet - pour puer into the toilet together with boiling water and leave to work overnight. Then scrub clean with the toilet brush
• Cleaning drains - pour 1-2 tbsp. Puer down the drain (preferably with vinegar). It dissolves greasy deposits. Leave on for at least 15 minutes

Puer or sodium percarbonate is oxygen-enriched washing soda (sodium carbonate). When activated with hot water, oxygen is released and hydrogen peroxide is formed, which has a bleaching effect. The hydrogen atmosphere also has a disinfecting effect.

Puer breaks down into water and oxygen with a lot of fizz and foam, so it is completely biodegradable.

For Puer to work properly, it must be used with water with a temperature of at least 40 degrees. The powder does not dissolve or activate in cold water.

This stain remover block is both natural and effective.

What are soap nuts?

The soap nuts come from Inden, where they grow on big beautiful trees at the foot of The Himmalaya Mountains.

Washnuts are like berries with the nuts separated. So soapnuts are actually a misleading term, because only the berry is used for soap.

The soapnuts can be used for washing clothes, dishes, as shampoo, for shaving and for cleaning.

The soapnuts contain an organic substance called saponin. Saponin has an ability to dissolve and remove dirt.

The saponin is released when it comes into contact with water above 30 degrees and works like soap.

You therefore do not have to worry about whether the washing nuts release soap when the clothes are rinsed. Because the rinse water is cold and the soap nuts will therefore not release saponin into the cold water.

How are soap nuts used?

The soap bars are placed in the included laundry bag and put into the drum of the washing machine.

The number of soap bars that you should use depends a little on how dirty the laundry is and how much you wash at a time.

Here you should try your hand a bit.

However, it is generally recommended to use 4-5 soap berries per load. wash.

If you live in an area with hard water, add calcifier if you live in an area with hard water.

Add bleach for white laundry.

The soap carriers work at washing temperatures between 30 and 90 degrees. However, you can use a liquid detergent, extracted from soap berries, for very short washes.

Alternatively, you can soak the soap bars in warm water for a while before use.

The soap bars are very gentle and also work very well for wool and silk.

How long can the soap nuts be used?

High temperatures will release more saponin from the soap bars than low temperatures.

When the soap bars become light and soft, they are exhausted.

Why should you use wool dryer balls?

They can do this because the wool absorbs the moisture from the clothes and ensures that the laundry is separated in the machine.

The dryer balls thus save both the environment and your personal finances by reducing your energy consumption for drying.

The wool balls do the laundry soft and delicious and makes fabric softener completely unnecessary.

The dryer balls are produced in Nepal.

Here they are part of a social economic project where local farmers supply wool and labor for a fair wage and good working conditions.

How are dryer balls used in wool?

Be aware that the wool balls work best in a tumble dryer that is not completely full. The dryer balls should have room to move in order to function optimally.

The dryer balls will be damp (inside) after use, so please give them the opportunity to dry up before you pack them away.

Natural soap power from soap nuts

Dissolve in lukewarm water until the water has a bright white/blue glow. Soak your wool or knitwear for about 10 minutes. Gently twist or spin the item before laying it flat to dry. It is not necessary to rinse the soap out.

What are soap nuts?

The soap nuts come from Inden, where they grow on big beautiful trees at the foot of The Himmalaya Mountains.

Washnuts are like berries with the nuts separated. So soapnuts are actually a misleading term, because only the berry is used for soap.

The soapnuts can be used for washing clothes, dishes, as shampoo, for shaving and for cleaning.

The soapnuts contain an organic substance called saponin. Saponin has an ability to dissolve and remove dirt.

Sapon is released on contact with water above 30 degrees and works like soap.

You therefore do not have to worry about whether the washing nuts release soap when the clothes are rinsed. Because the rinse water is cold and the soap nuts will therefore not release saponin into the cold water.

How are soap nuts used?

The soap bars are placed in the supplied laundry bag and put into the drum of the washing machine.

The number of soap bars that you should use, is somewhat dependent on how dirty the laundry is and how much you wash at a time.

Here you should try your hand a bit.

However, it is generally recommended to use 4-5 soap berries per load. wash.

If you live in an area with hard water, add calcifier if you live in an area with hard water.

Add bleach for white washes.

The soap carriers work at washing temperatures between 30 and 90 degrees. However, you can use a liquid detergent, extracted from soap berries, for very short washes.

How long can the soap nuts be used?

High temperatures will release more saponin from the soap bars than low temperatures.

When the soap bars become light and soft, they are exhausted.

Do you have hard water?
When washing in hard water, fabric softener is particularly important, as minerals in the water bind to the detergents and form deposits in the fabric. Tierra Verde fabric softener counteracts this effect and ensures that the clothes remain soft and colourful.

Can the fabric softener change its appearance?
Yes, at low temperatures small white lumps can appear in the fabric softener – a bit like little clouds. This is because plant-based surfactants react to cold, but the product still works completely as it should. Place the bottle at room temperature and the lumps will disappear.

Super practical pump for dosing detergent for 5- and 10-litre cans.

Each pump stroke gives 30 ml. - enough for one wash.

The pump fits the 10 liter canister from Ulrich Natürlich as it is. If you use it for a 5-liter can, the tube must be shortened by 2.5 cm. Shorten the end that is up against the pump head - this is the easiest.

The thread on the pump measures approx. 4 cm. in diameter at the very bottom and barely 5 cm. on the widest part at the far end.

Be aware that the pump can only be used for detergent and not thin-flowing liquids.

The outlet tap is super good if you want to refill smaller canisters or if you want to determine the exact amount of detergent that comes out of the canister yourself.

This descaler from Ulrich Natürlich is a fantastic remedy against limescale. It is descaling in the most natural way.

The descaler contains no preservatives or petrochemical substances. It is made entirely of natural raw materials.

Lactic acid is biodegradable and therefore the best alternative for the aquatic environment.

The descaling agent is very effective. It is diluted with water in the ratio 1:3. The hotter, the better.

Lactic acid is super suitable for coffee machines (with or without capsules), electric kettles, etc.

Store the descaling agent cool and protected from sunlight.

We generally recommend using gloves for the rougher cleaning. An obvious choice are these made of rubber from FSC certified plantations: Latex gloves

Fragrant laundry without chemicals

But instead of falling back to traditional, perfumed washing and fabric softener full of additives and chemicals, you can achieve the same fragrant and fresh experience with these fantastic, mild oils.

Organic essential oil

Palmarosa is a grass plant, under the name Cymbopogon Martini, which grows in India and China.

The oil has a lovely scent, reminiscent of the scent of roses.

The oil can be used alone, diluted with water, or together with our soap berries or with our wool dryer balls.

How to use essential oil for your laundry

• If you use soapberry, you can add a few drops to the cotton bag with soapberry, which must be the washing machine.
• If you use detergent in the "drawer", you can dilute the oil (1:10) with water and add it to the room with fabric softener.
• If the clothes are to be tumble-dried, you can add a few drops to your wool balls. Let them absorb the oil for 10-15 min, for the best result, before putting them in the dryer.
