Silicone stretch lids
These stretch lids are the most convenient, user-friendly alternative to disposable food packaging, produced with the environment in mind.
The pack contains 6 different sizes of elastic silicone lids. Silicone food lids are a very gentle alternative to cling film, aluminum foil and freezer bags. The stretch lid can in many ways do the same thing as plastic - keep your food fresh - but in a much more natural way. Pandoo's stretch lid is made of pure food-grade silicone, approved by the Danish Food Agency. You can safely store your food under it.
Sizes of the silicone lids
The silicone lids can be stretched, so they can cover quite a bit more than what the measurement suggests.
But here are the measurements when the lids are not stretched out:
Size. 1: 6.5 cm.
Size. 2: 9.5 cm.
Size. 3: 11 cm.
Size 4: 14 cm.
Size 5: 16 cm.
Size 6: 20 cm.
How to use the silicone lid
Simply pull the silicone lid over the glasses and bowls in which you store food in your fridge. The lids are elastic and 100% airtight when closed.
The silicone lids can also withstand heating in the oven up to 220o and the microwave, and they are suitable for freezing your food. The silicone lids are transparent and therefore give a good overview of the contents.
Pandoo's food lid can be cleaned in the dishwasher or by hand.
