What is pour over coffee?

Pour over coffee brewing is really just coffee brewing as it was done in the good old days.

In other words, where you pour your boiled water directly over coffee in a funnel.

You just have to make sure that your water is between 92 and 96 degrees, to use good organic coffee beans and preferably coffee beans that are freshly ground.
