With natural color for coloring eggs from ÖkoNORM, you are sure that the colors are approved for cooking.
The package contains 5 different colours: pink, yellow, green, orange and red.
The colors are enough for approx. 5 eggs. You can dye the case several eggs or several rounds.
However, be aware that the color will become less intense as you put more than 5 eggs in the water.
There is a difference in how the eggs accept the color and the color is at its best 3-5 days after the laying date.
Brown eggs get a more intense and deep color than white eggs, but all eggs last.
The colors also react to each individual one. eggs, so that all eggs become completely unique and can produce different shades.
How to color eggs completely naturally
- Mix a letter color with 750 ml. water in a saucepan (without enamel).
- Whisk the color together with the water while the water boils.
- Add 5-7 raw and cleaned eggs - the color will become less intense as you put more than 5 eggs in the water.
- The water should preferably cover the eggs with approx. a cm.
- Boil the eggs with the color for 5-7min - they can also withstand boiling longer.
- Rinse the eggs with cold water - the color increases as the eggs cool down.
