Therefore, it can be a good ideaé to have several pairs of menstrual panties in the drawer so that you always have the right level of absorbency available. Our light flow models can absorb approx. 10 ml, medium flow approx. 15 ml, and heavy flow (the high waist version) can absorb approx. 20 ml.
