How to return your goods
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item, or receive the last item in your order, in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and which are delivered individually. The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. This is done by sending an email to shop@okofamilien.dk.
Once you have notified us that you want to regret your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport. As the sender, you are responsible for adequate and proper packaging and marking with one (and only one label) adequate label on the package.
When you send the goods back, we recommend that you fill in this return form and attach it to the package, which must be returned.
We recommend that you pack the goods in their original packaging, as when you received them. If the packaging is missing when we receive the goods, this may lead to a reduction in the value of the goods.
When using the right of withdrawal, the buyer bears the costs of return shipping. We believe this is the best solution for the environment.
If you have purchased an item that has been specially produced or specially brought home to you, special rules may apply.
You are welcome to unpack and examine the items, but you may not use them or possibly break the seal.
You cannot return items that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons. This could be, for example, a mask, underwear and the like.
If the item has been used or the packaging is missing, you can only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, as in those cases we will not be able to sell the item again.
Therefore, it is you as the customer who is responsible for any deterioration in the value of the goods. The decrease in value is determined by the Okofamily and it is also us who must document that the item has lost its value.
How to pack the goods properly again
We recommend that you send your goods back in the packaging in which you received them.
Make sure to pack the goods properly so that they are not damaged on the way back to us. You bear the risk for the goods from the time we have delivered them to you.
Please be aware that when returning goods, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the return package complies with the transport companies' rules for system-compliant packages. This means that the package must be properly packaged and meet the following requirements:
- The package must have 5-6 straight and unbroken surfaces.
- It must be covered with approved packaging (cardboard, plastic, strong foil or flamingo) all around.
- It must have a regular shape so that it can be stacked.
If these requirements are not met, the package is labeled as non-system compliant by the carrier and may be charged extra fees. Examples of non-compliant packages include: cans, containers, bottles, rolls, tubes, metal boxes, tires and sacks.
If we receive a non-compliant return package and additional costs are incurred by the carrier, these costs will be passed on to the customer. We therefore recommend that you ensure that your return package complies with the carrier's requirements before sending it.

We do not receive parcels without distribution or parcels sent by cash on delivery.
Non-collected packages
You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to receive your goods or by not collecting them at the parcel shop.
Normally you have 7 days to collect your parcel at the parcel shop. It is then returned to us. We offset the real return costs, which cover the cost we have to have the package sent back here.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs as a result of your own choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.
